The perfect backdrop for your next family vacation, this condo offers a private balcony where you can read and dine in the afternoon sunshine, shared use of an outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck downstairs, and direct access to the gorgeous white sand beach.

This Gulf-front property sits less than a mile east of Highway 59 and the center of Gulf Shores, right on the western edge of Gulf State Park. You'll be a quarter-mile east of Sea-N-Suds, and three-quarters of a mile east of The Hangout, Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, De Soto's Seafood Kitchen, and other local favorites in town. Spend a day with your kids at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo or Waterville USA, practice your drive at the Craft Farms Golf Club or the Gulf Shores Golf Club, and find all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment at The Wharf in Orange Beach.

This was an amazing trip

We have a 4 month old and was concerned about the new mom getting back and forth to room from beach. This unit was such a great convenience for us all. We had everything we needed (except dishwasher pods and a broom lol) to make this one of the best trips my family has had and i started going in 1982

I would stay here again…

Condo was just as expected. We did have to wait for a maintenance guy for over 14 hrs since no one was on call. I thought the time was a little excessive… especially since we didn’t have hot water to take showers. They gave us a $28 refund(not sure how that was calculated but whatever). Even though I was super frustrated with the response time for the hot water, they were great about communication and the place was very nice.

Good location but small & smelly

If you’re looking for a good location then this is the unit for you. It’s close to the popular spots. It also is on a low level which had great beach access. However, the terrible smell in this unit was overwhelming. It smelled like a mixture of mildew and dead rodent. The dryer in the unit also did not work. We were notified that it didn’t work the morning of our arrival and we were refunded $100. This is an older condo with a small pool and the overall outside look of the units were not appealing. We still managed to have a great vacation despite of our stay. I would not rebook this unit.

Great location !!!!

This is an older unit. Front door looked like a rat had chewed on it. Possibly a metal door would be more inviting. New kitchen, nicely stocked /some updates in bathrooms. Towels are old, thin & like sandpaper. Get some thick,soft towels & good to go. Master bed was super soft(lumpy) if u have a bad back u would hate, but I slept fine, & the comforter needed a good wash. The view from bedroom and den was beautiful. Can’t beat that view & location. We searched for gate code to get out to beach & had to call agency to get access. Might want to provide on arrival day. WiFi was good. Sliding door lock didn’t work but they had a 2x4 in track that we had to use the lock the door. Add some lamps with USB ports/charger strips in bedrooms. Great fast weekend.

Summer ‘23

The property was clean, we immediately realized upon our Sunday evening check in only one toilet worked. I contacted the property management via text and was told they would get right on having someone come. We were still waiting on Wednesday. I text again and they did have someone come out to plunge the toilet, and look at the sliding doors to the balcony as the lock was broken. The toilet still would not flush after he left. 7 people using one toilet all week when I paid for two working toilets, my grandson was just 4 and we had to really watch and worry about him opening the balcony door. It really was ridiculous to have paid that much money for what we received. No codes left for the gate to the beach, we had to ask for it. The dryer would not dry towels, the towel rack in the main bath was broken from the wall and the toilet tissue holder in the broken toilet was coming out of the wall as well. I won’t stay at this property again.

Perfect location

We loved this property so much. The 1st floor beach front location is perfect. It was so easy to walk right down the stairs and come and go from the beach. I have never felt softer sand. The kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins and watching the storms from the balcony. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only issue we had was they came and took the dryer on day 2 and unhooked the washing machine. We had already used these appliances and then we had to pay for laundry the rest of the week. Other than that, Gulf Shores and this place are wonderful and we can't wait to return from Texas.

So close to the beach!

The condo was clean and tidy. It was a little small in places, but we had plenty of room. Loved sitting on the balcony--perfect view. There is an elevator to use, but after we found the steps which are located right at the front door, we opted to use them. They led straightway to the beach. We rented beach chairs, which I highly recommend--no having to carry all the heavy beach equipment each day. We would definitely stay here again!

The decor in the unit was very cute. It was plenty of space for the five of us. The balcony view was very nice and the unit is close to the beach. The only negatives would be that the unit was a little grubby. Most of the walls have dirty spots and streaks. The bedding in the bedrooms had stains and the sheets were rough and did not fit very well. It just needs a really good cleaning and touch up.

Overall nice

The location of the condo was great. We loved being on the 1st level of rooms with a great view of the beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, furniture was clean, and we were centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The downside was we didn’t have a broom/dustpan or a mop to clean the floors which were tacky and left our feet black immediately after getting checked in. There was only a broken vacuum in the closet. (The room was cleaned because you could smell fresh cleaning chemicals so that was a plus) The pool was a complete disappointment. It was nasty, cloudy water with dirt floating at the bottom the whole stay. Definitely shouldn’t advertise a pool at the condo because the grounds area where the pool loungers were and the pool itself was very unkempt. The dryer was supposed to be replaced the third day of a our stay but was not and no further communication from the property management about when it was expected. The existing dryer leaked, causing it to be near impossible to dry a load of laundry.

Great location!

We loved the location and the easy access to the beach. Our only wish is that the pool was either heated or in the sun for longer times. The kids were a little disappointed to not be able to swim. The condo itself was perfect! So close to the beach, easy parking, nice balcony!

Great location and view!

The location and the view were wonderful. We had a great view of the beach! We sat on the balcony when not on the beach. Being on the 1st floor made it easy to get down to the beach. The interior was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
