This Gulf front, corner condo is set right in the heart of Orange Beach. This rental boasts a spacious dining area, comfortable living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a furnished, private balcony. Head down to take advantage of the many on-site, deluxe amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, shared grilling area, fitness room, and a dry sauna.

What's nearby:
With several great restaurants nearby including the Gulf, the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, and Cactus Cantina, you should have no trouble finding fantastic eats whenever you're hungry. Indulge in a little retail therapy at SanRoc Cay Marina, only two miles away, and the Wharf, less than five miles from your rental. Lastly, the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Alabama Gulf State Park both offer great outdoor adventures for all ages.

This property will have construction ongoing from November 11, 2024 to May 30, 2025. This will include closing of amenities at various times. Balcony access will be restricted while work is being performed on a tentative scheduled basis. Noise and construction materials will be present in common areas and on balconies. As of March 7 pools are currently closed.

Post Christmas Break!

Christmas is huge for our family of 20! So we sneak off to the beach every year the day after Christmas to relax! The place was perfect! Plenty of room and the layout is genius (no wasted space). We left the balcony doors open every night just to let the sounds of the waves put us to sleep!

We stayed in this condo in October 2024, it was spacious. The king beds were very comfortable. It’s a great location and has easy beach access. Twin beds should be considered for children only. Kitchen was furnished nicely. We enjoyed our time there.

Girls get away!

Older property but a great place to stay! We enjoyed the view from the balcony, walks on the beach (which was no problem to access) , pool areas were good. Condo had everything we needed and beds pleased all of us for comfy.

Wonderful stay

This condo was gorgeous. Very spacious, which was much appreciated since we had 7 adults. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the short walk to the beach was great! The condo was very clean and everything seemed to work as it should. One caution, which is not a reflection on the individual condos…be sure to wear shoes on the boardwalk…it’s gets extremely hot. A warning sign may be helpful. Other than that, this was a fantastic stay, we would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in a great location and has a beautiful view. Nice furniture on the balcony but needs some TLC. Family room couch and chair needs to be replaced. Family room needs window cover so you can watch tv when the sun is shining. Most disgusting is the carpet in the bedrooms! It’s gross!

Dirty towels and BUGS

When we arrived there was multiple dirty towels left in the bathroom hamper and closet. It took several hours for someone to come remove them. He was very rude and unprofessional. Master bathroom shower had not been cleaned. We found bugs in the kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Customer service was not helpful and offered no solutions. We were given the wrong code for indoor pool. Contacted CS and ended up getting the code from Security guard. Appliances are a bit out dated and stove takes 45 minutes to heat to 350. On check out day the cleaning people came into out condo BEFORE 8am. Check out was at 10. We have voiced concerns with NO contact from VACASA. Over the all not a bad condo. If I were the owners I would find a new management company. We would not stay at this property again.

Need improvements

Location only is nice. Owners are not properly maintaining or cleaning the unit. It is in ill repair. The couch is extremely worn and so dirty it would not be picked up even if on the side of the road to get for free. Only the surface of kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned. I doubt is done very well. The sheets on the master bed was worn and very scratchy. It looks like nothing is put back after each guest. Stuff is out of sorts and not restored to how things are placed which tells me No one is minding the store. We've stayed in this unit for our summer vacation for years and it has slowly declined. Every year something else is messed up and overall cleanliness is poor. I was not comfortable. There is a lack of care, clearly. I read other condo reviews and hear some of the same. We need to Boycott beach condo rentals until standards are improved across the board. We should not spend our hard earned money for a much deserved vacation in a filthy dump. They are cleaning the lobby and office areas daily, but they have to. it is visible and needed for marketing. Look what we are paying. It is not right to pay for someone to own a condo or be contributing to large profits for real estate companies. Both are showing disrespect to us who rent these properties. We've been coming here yearly since 1989. I am considering other beach areas but expect reviews to be the same. Stand up America and demand what you are paying for. Boycott low standard beech condos. Why are we paying these prices and accepting to live in filth for any amount of time regardless of whether we are neat or not. You expect more from those can own such property. We are suppose to be PAYING for a nice place for a vacation, Not at summerchase 408 and probably others as I looked at reviews and other Orange beach condos are dirty. Speak out! Better uses for your money. Stay home and go to the closest lake or river or go somewhere and stay in a hotel.

The condo was not as clean as it should have been. I don't think the front bathroom had been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and dirty towels in the linen hamper. The front bedroom window was open when we got there. There were dirty utensils, pans and silver wear put up in the kitchen. I was not given a sponge or scrubber to clean dishes with until the 2nd or 3rd day. The balcony door handle was broken on the outside and the door didn't work right, but that was taken care of immediately Monday morning. The condo is old and it shows. It needs work. There was a lot of moisture in the front/master bathroom. Smoke from the surrounding balconies comes right into that bedroom. The bed in the back bedroom was like a bowl. There were other issues, but those were the main ones, and aside from the constant smell of cigarette smoke, it was doable for a week. I will say that they were generous with trash bags and other supplies. They also require very little of you upon checking out. I also love the fact that there is a church nearby that will take groceries so you don't have to throw them away. I have to add that all my issues were addressed quite quickly.
