Beautiful and spacious townhouse in the quiet neighborhood of Eagles Landing in Rehoboth Beach. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and multiple beautifully appointed living spaces, comfortably sleeping 10 people.

No detail was spared in this beautiful home: hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, crown molding, modern bathrooms, updated lighting and spacious closets.

LOCATION:
If you are searching for a spacious, well-appointed home in a great location, then you have found the place! Captiva Sands is located in the quiet Eagles Landing neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach. You get the best of both worlds in this location - a respite from the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth and quick and easy access to the great restaurants, activities, shopping and beaches that Rehoboth, Dewey, and Lewes are known for. Whether you are looking for a multi-family beach vacation, a girls' shopping getaway or even a quiet off-season escape, Captiva Sands is the perfect spot.

The Eagles Landing neighborhood offers three pools (one right outside your front door), tennis courts, recreational center, walkability to restaurants, a short bike ride to town (path and tunnel under Route 1 so it is a safe ride for both kids and adults) and close to the outlets.

Eagles Landing is located just off of Route 1 and is a short walking distance to The Big Fish Grill, Arenas Sports Bar and Grill and a variety of fish markets. Kids will enjoy walkability to Jungle Jim's Waterpark - a Rehoboth favorite. Outlet shopping lines Route 1. Rehoboth Avenue featuring critically acclaimed restaurants, unique shops and boutiques and the tradition of the Boardwalk and Funland is just a five minute drive. If you are looking for more action, check out the night life in Dewey Beach also a short drive away.

AMENITIES:
The 1st floor features a master suite with queen bed, open kitchen, great room, washer/dryer and screened in porch.

The 2nd level offers two additional master suites featuring queen beds and a family room.

The 3rd level features two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One room with queen bed, bulk room has three twin beds. Kids room features a selection of toys, games and puzzles.

The private back deck is perfect for sunset cocktails and conversation! Outdoor gas grill provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Linens (sheets and towels) are NOT provided at the property. Upon booking, we will provide you with a list of recommended linen rental vendors. Additionally, paper goods, soaps and detergents are NOT supplied.

Great stay at Rehoboth

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and just as described in the listing. The pool was steps away and the beach and restaurants were a short drive. This was more than enough space for two families with small children. Would stay again.

Short Trip to the Shore

Overall this property was terrific! Perfect distance between beaches, the boardwalk as well as one of the pools. Property manager was attentive and it was a comfortable space for 7 (4 kids and 3 adults — playroom was a hit).

Best hidden gem!

This is our second stay here (Sisters trip) and we just love it! It’s our home away from home. Plenty of space, each had a bathroom to ourselves and the family room is cozy and comfortable. Megan is a great host and very responsive. We had no issues and definitely plan to stay again! Short drive distance to shopping and food.

Superb Townhouse Property

We visited this property for a family get-together and had a great time. It was super convenient to have a first floor master bedroom, as well as two other master bedrooms. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as common space was ideal. Great communication with the owner, when needed. It was also great to have access to the pool, right outside the front door.

Family Vacation

We all were very happy with our stay at this property. We had 8 adults and one child on this trip and we all were very comfortable. We had plenty of space and privacy. It really helped that each bedroom has a bathroom and even a half bath on the first floor. We loved sitting on the screen porch relaxing and the pool was so convenient. We had multiple vehicles and plenty of parking, The house was very clean. We will be back for sure!

Nine of us stayed in this house with plenty of room to hang out together or find our own spaces. It was really nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. And the common living spaces were more than enough for all of us to hang out together. Made for a great weekend.

Great place to stay during hot vaca week!

2 families rented the townhome for the week with 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 4-16; everyone had a great time! We used the pool which was perfectly located, grilled out back many days and even had space for yard games! The home was as described and the communication with the owner was excellent. Looking to rebook for next summer!

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and so nicely decorated! The five bedrooms were the perfect amount of space for my family. We loved the screened-in back porch for morning coffee and the pool right across the parking lot after spending time at the beach. It is a quiet development that is close enough to everything while also giving you space to rest and recharge. We will definitely be back!

Plunge Family Weekend

Megan's home was exactly what we expected. Perfect inside and out. The home easily accommodated our plunge family of 10 and Megan answered any questions and concerns we had along the way. We had all of the amenities of home and loved the fact that we were close to the beach but had the privacy we need! I can't wait to stay again!
