This recent villa is ideally located in a pretty wood of 2,600 m² a little away from the village.
The village of Saint Vivien de Médoc, 2 km away, is equipped with all amenities and is famous for its Wednesday morning market. The proximity (8km) of the immense ocean beaches and the most important estuary of Europe makes it an ideal holiday destination.
In the heart of the forest equipped with long bike paths, your stay will be unforgettable.
The 130 m² of this house is spread around an indoor pool area of 70m2. The pool is completely redone this year: new liner, electric blanket for greater security !!
it is heated in all seasons at 28 ° C.
The kitchen, the dining area and the TV lounge open, by two large windows, on the pool and the master bedroom.
The pool is embellished with a green wall and a small waterfall.
The two large bedrooms each have private bathrooms and toilets.
The living room is equipped with 102 flat screen TV (SAT channel), and DVD player, as well as access to the wifi.
The large entrance is equipped with a wardrobe and a guest toilet.
A laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and fridge) and a carport canopy complete the installation.
On the back, well protected from view, not overlooked. The pool opens onto a large flowered terrace and arranged for sunbathing, shaded meals and idleness thanks to its garden furniture.
The park is secured by a fence and the gate is electric.
The villa is very well equipped with quality crockery and all kinds of equipment for cooking.

Perfect house in a great area, super comfortable and ideal to relax. Highly recommended!

This is simply a wonderful house. Perfectly located to enjoy the superb beaches between Soulac and Montalivet and explore the Médoc region. With its private covered pool and large shady garden, the house is a wonderful place to relax. It has a high standard kitchen, exceptionally well equipped. Bedrooms are also very comfortable with very good quality beds. A/C is in all rooms. The hosts are fantastic, very welcoming and extremely fast to any questions we had. Well deserved 5 star rental! Highly recommended!

The warmest of welcomes to a beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. The property was fantastic and the ideal location to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was immaculately presented and incredibly well equipped and with a great pool. Nadine and Francine were the perfect hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We spent time in Saint Vivien, Hourtin, Montalivet, Soullac and the brilliant night market at Vensac. All in all a memorable holiday and we would love to return. Richard and Louise

Einfach perfekt!

Wenn man nur Lob aussprechen kann, dann ist der Urlaub und die Unterkunft perfekt. So war es auch bei uns. Wir sind am Sonntag angereist und da alle Geschäfte bereits geschlossen hatten, wurden wir mit einem vollständigen Abendessen und dazugehörigem Wein empfangen. Francoise und Nadine sind perfekte, freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen, die ihre Gäste wie Freunde empfangen. Unser Urlaub hat also von der ersten Minute an angefangen. Die Beschreibung des Hauses, die Bilder geben alles so wieder, wie es ist. Das Haus ist vollständig, gemütlich und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Perfekt ist auch die Küche. Es ist wirklich selten, dass es an gar nichts fehlt. Hier fehlt wirklich nichts. Die absoluten Highlights sind der Pool und der Garten. Der Pool ist groß und machte uns entsprechend viel Spaß. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön und groß. Dadurch dass er eingezäunt ist, kann man seinen Hund einfach frei herumlaufen lassen und muss sich keine Sorgen machen. Die Lage von Saint-Vivien ist ebenfalls ideal. In 10 Minuten ist man an der Gironde und in 10 bis 15 Minuten am Strand. Ausflüge nach La Rochelle oder an die Seen sind keine Tagesreisen sondern in einer Stunde locker machbar. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Jederzeit gerne wieder und lieben Dank an unsere Gastgeberinnen.

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait avec un accueil chaleureux et pleins d’attentions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et son jardin qui appelle à une détente totale.Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine intérieur avec son mur végétal magnifique.Nous recommandons vivement cette location .

Magnifique séjour

C'est la première fois que ma famille et moi (2 adultes et 4 enfants) séjournons dans cette très belle région pour laquelle nous allons garder un souvenir impérissable : Le décor est verdoyant et reposant. Le village, à 3 minutes en voiture, est agréable et possède toutes les commodités d'une grande ville (commerces, marché, médecin sans rendez-vous, pharmacie, banque etc...). A 15 minutes, nous avons visité la ville de Soulac qui débouche sur l'océan et ses belles plages. A 2 heures de route nous avons passé une journée inoubliable et impressionnante à la Dune de Pilat que je vous recommande vivement. Concernant la maison elle est absolument magnifique tout à fait conforme à la description : bien équipée, spacieuse et impeccable, le wifi et la télévision fonctionnent parfaitement, et le meilleur pour la fin une très belle piscine intérieure ouvrant sur le jardin qui je peux vous l'avouer en écrivant ce commentaire nous manque aujourd'hui ! Une mention spéciale à nos hôtes Nadine et Françoise absolument adorables, accueillantes, et très disponibles. Un grand merci pour tout !

Très bon accueil et maison impeccable

Nous avons pu profiter d'une maison confortable et impeccable. La maison dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour s'y sentir bien et profiter pleinement de son séjour. La piscine interieure est une véritable piscine dans laquelle on peut se baigner par tous les temps d'autant plus qu'elle est chauffée à 28'C. La piscine donne sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée ou se trouvent une grande table pour les repas, un salon de jardin et un barbecue. Le jardin est vaste et parfaitement clos permettant à notre petit chien de gambader sans crainte. L'endroit est d'un calme absolu avec des commerces non loin, et pour profiter d'animations en soirées ou de plages, Soulac et Montalivet ne sont qu'a une petite quinzaine de minutes en voiture. L'accueil de Nadine et Françoise fut particulièrement chaleureux avec de délicates attentions et de bonnes adresses! Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour que nous recommandons vivement à toutes celles et ceux qui souhaitent découvrir cette belle region.

A wonderful holiday home

The villa met our requirements exactly. It was very well equipped and comfortable. The garden and swimming pool completed the facilities. It is in a quiet area but close to the village and local shops. The owners were charming and discreet. First class!

Excellent endroit pour la détente

Nadine et Françoise nous ont accueilli comme il se doit. Après les consignes et le cadeau d'accueil, nous avons passé 4 jours parfaits ! Détente, BBQ, et piscine abritée des intempéries et à température agréable. La vue de la chambre face à la piscine est extraordinaire au réveil. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque au confort. Bonne continuation et peut être à une prochaine fois

Superbe maison familiale

Nous avons séjourné à 5 (avec nos enfants de 13 et jumeaux de 9 ans) + notre fidèle compagnon à 4 pattes la 1ère semaine d'avril 2018. L'accueil par Françoise et Nadine était très sympathique ainsi que leur disponibilité pendant notre séjour. Globalement, des excellentes vacances au sein de cette magnifique région. De multiples possibilités de balades et d'activités s'offrent aux vacanciers. Et rien de tel que de terminer la journée à la piscine ! Au niveau des équipements et de la propreté de la maison, rien à dire ! Le top ! Que du positif donc! A conseiller vivement! Florence et Didier (de Belgique)

Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit Innenpool ❤️ Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles da, und mehr als man braucht. Sehr gepflegte Einrichtung mit liebe zum Detail. Pool ist mit 28 Grad warm genug und perfekt, wenn das Wetter mal nicht ganz so mitspielt. Wir würden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und man hatte gute Tippps für die Umgebung mit auf den Weg bekommen. Sprechen gut Englisch, wem das Französisch nicht ganz so leicht von den Lippen geht, hier kein Problem ☀️

Un petit bijou

Nous avons été accueillis dans ce havre de paix par deux personnes très bienveillantes et sympathiques : GRAND MERCI à Nadine et Françoise. La maison est au calme ... extrêmement propre ... très bien agencée ... meublée avec goût ! Nous l'avons quittée avec beaucoup de regrets et la conseillons vivement à tous futurs locataires : vous ne pouvez y passer que d'excellentes vacances.

Home away from home

What a wonderfull house for a holiday! So clean and it had everything we needed. Two large bedrooms with good beds and en-suite bathrooms, a nice living area with comfortable sofa's, a large kitchen where you can find everything you need in a kitchen... and then I mean everything! The pool was supernice, we had a great swim everyday! Outside there is a lot of space and it was quiet and peacefull. We spend a lot of hours in that garden. And when we were not at "home" you could find us on the beach of Soulac, only about 15 to 20 minutes away. A special "merci" to Nadine & Francoise who made us feel very welcome and were there for us when we needed them.They also gave us a great tip about a restaurant in the area, " Le Cabanon du Pecheur", it did not really look like a restaurant, but the food was great! I would like to recommend this house to everyone who would like to spent the holiday in a quiet, clean and spacious environment. For us it felt like home away from home.

Wunderbares Haus mit allem Komfort

wir waren 1 Woche zum Ausspannen im Medoc und hatten diese Unterkunft u.a. wegen des Innenpools gewählt. Das war sehr gut so, weil das Wetter eher ostfriesisch als Südfranzösisch war. Perfekt!! Ausstattung ebenso perfekt, vor allem die Küche extraordinaire.... Die Vermieterin ist eine Köchin die ehemals ein Restaurant in Carcassonne geführt hat - das merkt man an jedem Utensil ...ein Stern Abzug wegen des Wetters, da kann aber keiner was für ;-) Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!!

Maison accueillante

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison est fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût, très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments. Il ne manque rien ! Le must, la piscine, avec les enfants c'est génial. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, disponibles et adorables. Merci pour ce moment.
