It was an alright condo. It really needs updated furniture just seemed dirty. the washing machine leaked everywhere. I almost slipped and busted my butt. Dryer had to turn it on three times to dry. Shower in the small bath sprayed everywhere so couldn’t shower in there. Need cleaner bedding. Tv service was very slow. On the up side it was a quiet peaceful stay. I liked that it wasn’t crowded. Just needs a little TLC and it would be a 5 star condo.

Terrible service

The condo was very nice but Vacasa was very sneaky. They did not disclose construction until after we bought the condo. Then we did not have a washer the entire stay. This made it so we had no towels for the entire stay. We place a service ticket and nothing happened. We are now gone and the washer still does not work. I would no use Vacasa for your stay.

Horrible condo

Things were not as pictured. There was a bucket with sand on it in the bedroom closet, the large rug in the living room had a corner turned up which is a trip hazard. The washing machine tore up the first night we called twice to get it fixed and no one ever came out. They wanted to move us 25 minutes ago to away condo. I ask if thry had another u it in the same building which they did and we had to move in the middle of our vacation because apparently nobody knew how to fix the washer. Don’t book this unit.

Lovely Condo

Beautiful condo and great balcony on the second floor of the complex. The view to the beach and water was perfect. The condo facility itself was small with only one small outdoor pool. The condo is as pictured including the balcony porch. Easy access to the beach. It got a little loud on the weekend due to surrounding guests both in the same complex and in the units next to Romar. However, it was relaxing and peaceful during the week.

Highly disappointed

The property was under construction the whole time we were there. Washer broken and never fixed therefore no clean towels , limited access to balcony. Room dirty upon arrival. You expect a relaxing vacation for the money you spend however it was not the case this go round.

Great view and beach rental

Spring Break

The property was really clean. It was convenient to the beach. The beds were even comfortable. I have zero complaints about the property. Even though my daughter was included in the count for the number of guests and I was supposed to be able to purchase 2 parking passes, the property manager was extremely rude about her arrival. I wasn’t breaking any of the rules. Just wanted to spend some time with my daughter. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Beautiful Spot!

The location and view from this condo is wonderful! It desperately needs updating and decluttering. It not completely cleaned upon our arrival but the nice lady with housekeeping took care of that.

Disappointed!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed! The furniture was worn down and dirty! The entrance was full of construction debris and trash. Was unable to use patio because workers were power washing and didn’t care our belongings were there. I called the management and they took my information but never called back.

Great location, but outdated and unkempt property.

Great location and view! The unit seemed great at first, but many light bulbs were burned out, there was construction going on in the parking lot, 3 times we were interrupted by maintenence needing to demo the ceiling above each of the showers, we saw 2 roaches (one if which was so large we thought it was a crab), and the worst part was all of these units have these metal curtains on each balcony. At least three units had these curtains off of their track so all day and night you just heard this metal slamming into itself. We got very little sleep because of this. The other properties around ours could hear this so I'm sure it bothered them as well, not sure why maintenence didn't fix this issue. Overall these units are located in a great location but outdated and need updates. The cushions on all furniture was thin and worn down. We will definitely be returning to OB, but not staying at this property unless we see at the minimum the metal curtains have been fully removed from all units and updates are done.

Beautiful view!

The view was lovely from this spacious apartment. The only issue we had was with the sunshade that goes around the balcony. One of the panels was loose and very loud when whipping in the wind in the middle of the night. Beyond that small issue, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Although and older building, this condo is nicely updated and spacious. Second floor end unit is easily accessible near the stairs so no waiting on the elevator.

GREAT VIEWS AND CONDO

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. We selected the condo based on the size and location. Neither failed to impress! The views from the second story balcony were breath taking. Condo was located towards the south end of Orange Beach away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial side. Very family friendly area. The condo was great in size. an up-to-date decor and plenty of room for my family of 5. The pool and chair service were great as well. Will definitely be back to enjoy on our next trip south.

It was ok

We booked this place for 8 nights. I wouldn’t book it again tho. It was priced right, clean and nice looking. We were disappointed they didn’t have some items that most vacation rentals have, like a hair dryer. Vacasa provided one after we called. One maddening thing is they have really slow internet. My grandmas internet is probably faster. It’s an older building, but it’s maintained well. It’s located centrally and mere steps to the beach. I don’t know how many sq feet this place is, but it felt small for a 3 bedroom. Seriously, the slow internet alone would be a deal breaker for rebooking.

Accommodations were great and clean. We did have some possible problems with one of the tv's but no biggy. May not have been plugged in outlet. Weather was a bummer but no fault of the stay.
