2500 Square Feet. Four bedrooms. Wireless high speed internet. Central air. Wood burning stove, 2 larger flat screen TVs. Brand new Washer and Dryer. Jetted tub. Open floor plan. Two bathrooms, one up and one down. Walk out basement. Gas forced air.

2.5 attached garage to store your Atv’s, snowmobiles and dirt bikes. Campfire pit, larger size grill with burner and large parking area for multiple cars and Atv trailers.

Main floor has 1 king large bedroom. Upstairs holds 2 large bedrooms, 1 king and twin bed, other room has queen bed, dressers included in all rooms. A/C also upstairs.

All new living room furniture replaced in January 2023, all new windows replaced April 2023.

Man Cave on walkout level. Two couches, 1 dining table for 6. Large smart tv. Dart board. Has 1 king bed and a queen , also large dresser included. Plenty of room for entertaining or for children to hang out.

Set on 5 acres. Nicely wooded with mature trees. Large back yard and large parking area.

Includes all Wilderness Valley amenities, including access to private lake with beach area and picnic grounds.

Fully equipped kitchen include stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and other small appliances. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Crock pot cooking for cold winter days after a long day on trails.

Dining room and snack bars seats 8-10 people.

Ideal for large groups or multiple families, sleeps 11 in beds. Also house has 2 couches. Max guests at 12. Very spacious, plenty of room for entertaining. No parties!!

Large attached garage to store your toys overnight safely. Enjoy hundreds of Trails. Snowmobiles , ATVs and dirt bikes ALL welcome. Go to the trails right from your driveway. Beautiful scenic Gaylord, plenty of woods and beauty to be seen. Get to Trail 4 and 7 and many other trails within minutes. A lot to explore.

Golfers welcome, Gaylord has numerous golf courses that are close by.

Bathroom on main level has standup shower and large jetted tub with large vanity.

Full bathroom upstairs, has two sink vanity and full size shower. Great space.

Living room has large sectional, reclining chair, large 70 inch smart tv and wood burning stove for cold winter days. Very spacious.

Golf courses are plentiful, Great walking trails along Otsego lake with beaches and tons of fun waiting just for you. Boat launch and fishing too. Enjoy the day at this great beach.

Private beach access for any of my guests, 2 miles away. Great place to have fun with the kids or chill out and watch the sunset. We have a family of loons there. Great swimming hole.

Our 2nd Time Staying Here

It’s perfect for our annual golf trip to the Gaylord area. It’s a bit out of town but it’s great because we don’t have to worry about bothering anyone if we get loud playing cornhole or cards at night. The central air on the main floor and the portable units upstairs kept things as cool as they needed to be.

Bike Trip

Loved the house, it worked great for our large group. It was clean and well stocked with towels and such. Just wish that the garage was cleaned out for the motorcycles so we could have all parked inside at night. Also, the road leading to the house has some pretty sandu spots, that we weren't informed of. One rider dumped their bagger in the sand, would have appreciated being told since we arrived and it was in the dark, and hard to see.

Golf trip lodging

My friends and I have stayed at this property multiple times for our yearly golf outing. It never disappoints. A beautiful and spacious home on scenic property. Every need was met. Hope to stay again each time we are in Gaylord.

This property was a perfect spot for the bridal party to get ready. Only 6min away from the wedding venue! All the fall colors were a plus! Perfect stop for balcony photos with a hot cup of tea!

Private and comfortable

We had a great time. There was so much space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kids loved exploring the yard and it was in a tucked back, private location so they were able to have their freedom and get a little noisy too. Even though we had a few issues during our stay, they were all minor and our host got back with me quickly every time. With just a little more attention to detail this place would be excellent. We would happily stay again.

The house worked out perfect for our group of 8. Definitely enough room for more people, but you’d have to double up in the beds as there are just 6 beds, so 2 people slept on couches. Big kitchen table was great for card games and there was ample room outside to play cornhole. As someone else mentioned in a review, the coffee machine needs to be replaced. We tried to make coffee the first morning and it probably would’ve took over an hour if we had let it continue brewing, but we had to leave to get breakfast before our tee times. All in all it was a great experience there, and we are already hoping to book this property again next year for our annual trip to Gaylord!

Spacious and accommodating

It was a great place for four couples coming north for a family event. Well furnished, spacious, and nice balcony, deck and view. Plenty of parking and fridge space. Man cave came in handy. Great find!

Family time!

Perfect for us to spend time together with our kids and grandkids! Access to the private lake was easy, the grandkids had fun swimming there. Could use an upgraded coffee maker. Kitchen is decently well stocked for cooking. Big table with view of the surrounding woods was great for our family meals together! We don’t golf but it’s really close to a couple of golf courses, one is less than a mile away.

The property was great. Plenty of room for us and the family we travel with. Beds were comfy. House could use some updates, but that did not bother us, we had everything we needed. The property itself was beautiful and just right. There were no issues to contact the property owner, but she was very responsive to the initial contact point. Thanks for sharing your home!

Vacation Getaway

Our group had a very good experience staying at the property. The location and view from the rental is beautiful. The beds and couch we very comfortable for all of us and there was plenty of seating. Overall we had a very enjoyable time with no problems.

Cottage in the woods

Owner was very responsive and accommodating from the first message sent. Cottage is rustic, open floor plan, with a true "cabin" feel. The location was centrally located to the various day trips that were planned. It was perfect for us, our adult children, and grandchildren to spend time family time together while having our own space.

Wonderful vacation

Our group of family and friends really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was able to have their own space and the kids loved the big yard to play in. The beach area is private so we didn't have to worry about any crowds and there were sand toys and a play area for the kids.

We were pleased in general. Farther out than we thought. Hostess was easy to work with.

We were a group of 8 adults. The kitchen was fine. Would recommend a bathroom on each floor. The back screen door support latch was broken when we got there. Have pictures available if needed. The living room main couch not comfortable and extremely difficult to get out of. The top floor air circulation is a problem. Only one bedroom has air conditioning.(Top floor) Windows do not fully close therefore bugs enter easily. The bathroom on top floor has problems. Hot air comes up through the toilet. Feels like a sauna in the bathroom all the time therefore the top floor is constantly hot and muggy. Basement floor seem cold all the time. The main floor bedroom and bathroom were fine. If we had stayed in the house all day it would have been hard. The group was 57 -85 in age. The hostess was good to work with and like I said the kitchen and dinning room space was nice. We did have a wonderful time together. Hope this is helpful.
