The two of us wanted to explore the Nelson area and the cabin offered us the perfect setting and location. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this cabin.
Perfect place to stay! The cabin had all amenities and things you could possibly need. Immaculately clean place, comfortable beds (including the sofa), and lovely location with a creek running alongside the cabin.Karl and Kailyn were easily contactable.I would definitely book again.
Home away from home feeling with a cabin twist Beautiful no matter which window you look out of. Private and secluded. Every detail has been well thought out to make your stay an amazing experience. Walking over the babbling brook is a bonus. Looking forward to my next stay!
Stay was good! My only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable but the cabin was quaint and fully stocked, you don’t need to pack anything. You are very close to their residence but we didn’t see them until the very end. Would stay again.
This is the 2nd time that I’ve stayed at this property. The property is clean, check-in process is easy and you are just a short distance from the city of Nelson.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4Mile Creek Cabin! The cabin is equiped with everything you need, a short drive to town and an easy 30 minute drive to Whitewater ski resort. We met Karl and Kaitlyn and both were so friendly and lovely. We would highly recommend this cosy cabin to stay, and can’t wait to come back already!
My wife and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to Nelson with all its amenities. The owner communicated the process well making the whole experience a very positive one.

Cabin is absolutely wonderful. Spacious and spotlessly clean. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Location is absolutely perfect and 4 Mike creek running thru property is a special treat. The hosts ( Karl & Kailyn) are just a wonderful couple. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.
Everything about this property exceeded expectations. The cabin was super clean, with everything I needed including AC, a washer/dryer, and a super comfy bed, in an absolutely gorgeous setting with beautiful creek sounds you can hear inside the cabin, and it's perfectly situated very close to Nelson and nearby beaches. Communication with Karl was fast and seamless, and the owners' sweet dog Blue was around from time to time to say hello. An absolute treat, and this will be my go-to place when I'm in the Nelson area.
We rented the cabin to have a few guests stay there for our wedding at the Blaylock Mansion. They absolutely loved it. We had it for a few more days after the wedding to have a short little honeymoon. Beautiful place. Very peaceful. Close to town and beaches. And Karl and Christine were easy to deal with.
We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous and cozy cabin which is only 10 minutes from Nelson. We found the location to be perfect, as it was close to the main activities in the area but from enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. We could not hear the traffic from the highway and instead we enjoyed the sound of the creek that runs through the property. The cabin was as beautiful as the pictures and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic and helped make sure our stay was perfect. We can wait to come back for a longer stay!
The cabin was in a great location next to the small creek. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The host Karl is quick to reply to any emails you may have.
What a great surprise a beautiful cabin hidden in the woods and it"s only about 100 yards off the highway, close to town dinning and shopping. Beautiful babbling brook right off your front deck, super clean inside and out, Karl was a great host full of info and help when you need it. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more would recommend to family and friends.
Lovely, peaceful and the best of our natural world
All went very well. We had everything we needed.
