The Seaside Retreat is an absolutely amazing home providing the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The open floor plan is great for family gatherings. Swim, fish, go kayaking, bike riding, or simply relax and enjoy the gorgeous water views throughout the house. Kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles are provided. You can fish right off the dock!

The Seaside Retreat has new, comfortable furnishings with new mattresses in all rooms. Smart TVs in all rooms allow you to log in to your streaming services. A pack n play, and one high chair provided for convenience at no extra charge.

The pool area has plenty of seating that invites you to just relax and enjoy the breeze with an ocean view. The pool is heated free of charge from 8am to 5pm.
Make memories as a family that will last a lifetime! Vacations are for fun and relaxation. The outdoor area at The Seaside Retreat provides just that, regardless of your age.

Apollo Beach is a quiet residential coastal village with easy access to downtown Tampa and the Bay Area sights and attractions.
The newly renovated Apollo Beach Nature Park is just an easy bike ride away for a picturesque sunset across Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg skylines. There's also golfing nearby.
Within driving distance to the Orlando and Tampa areas as well as the beautiful bay beaches and Ellenton outlet mall.

Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS, and NO PARTIES allowed. We have security cameras outside the front and back of the house. They are monitored at random times to ensure compliance.

Perfect Getaway in Apollo Beach

We had an amazing stay!!! The property was extremely clean and comfortable, offering a truly relaxing experience. The heated pool and dock were perfect for unwinding, and the luxurious beds and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed, and she even provided toiletries and paper products — such a thoughtful touch! There were plenty of towels for both the bath and beach, which was super convenient.We loved the kayaks and fishing rods, and starting our mornings with coffee and a beautiful view was a highlight. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants just around the corner. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Such a relaxing place — we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent vacation home for families

We had a wonderful stay in Apollo beach with this property. The home was extremely clean, stocked with all the amenities you'd possibly need throughout your stay, and the property manager Nancy was very reachable and excellent communicating and giving us lots of tips of things to do in the area. Loved having our morning coffee with the relaxing views. Our two kids lived in the pool. Was so nice having it steps away from the house and heated despite the cooler temps we had during the week. The canal was nice to take the kayaks out for a bit. This was an ideal place to stay for a relaxing family vacation, very calm and relaxing. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

As advertised and more

Our annual trip to Florida to celebrate another great school year and recharge. House is very clean, all the needed supplies. The pool is the largest pool we have had with plenty of room to sun and a great covered patio for when the Florida sun becomes too much. Close enough to all the tourist things but far enough away to not have the tourist traffic. All the shopping you need is right around the corner. Host was very responsive and great to work with.

Christmas outing

This place had every thing we was looking for in a location! The rooms were comfortable and the pool was perfect. She was great and had the pool heat on and ready for us ! The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Beautiful home

We loved the set up for our 2 families that went. We had a great time. House was perfect, pool was warm, fishing on dock was a blast. Close to food. We would stay here again.

Great House

We had a wonderful vacation. Originally I planned to take my 3 grandkids to Disney, but then decided on a more relaxed vacation. The home was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool and bay area. We were a bit disappointed that Busch Gardens and the water park were so rundown with many attractions closed, but we had fun in spite of it. The house was perfect for us with the pool and kayaks and fishing gear and bikes … we hope to come again next year.

Spring Break 22'

We had a fantastic week at Nancy's property. She was a great host and surprised us with sending a pool volleyball net for the kids to play with. They LOVED it. We had a few questions throughout the week and Nancy was very quick to answer. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend to others and rent again if we are in the area!!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We rented this property for a nice spring break getaway for our family (two children 8 & 10). This property did not disappoint! The home was well kept and found in a nice quiet neighborhood. We did not have a big game plan for this vacation other than to relax, swim and fish, so this home really hit the mark for us. The interior of the home was nice and looked like it had been recently updated. The furniture and the beds were all extremely comfortable. Best of all, everything was exceptionally clean (and we are clean freaks). The pool area had been recently redone, and the photos did not show the remodel. The owner Nancy had mentioned that it had been retiled after we secured the rental, but we were not expecting such an upgrade. Aesthetically it was perfect. My wife and I commented multiple times during our stay how much we liked the choices that were made with the pool tile. One final piece that made this a great getaway was the property owner Nancy. She was very attentive to our questions and made us feel extremely welcome in her home. If you have any plans to stay in the Apollo Beach area, do not hesitate to rent this home.

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! The owners thought of everything you could ever desire in a vacation rental. From large comfortable beds and exotic comforters to the luxurious pool. Beautiful and Immaculate Condition Home

The home and owner are 5 STARS! I have never seen a home so clean and immaculate condition. You can tell that Mrs. Nancy, the homeowner takes pride in her home. As a retired soldier of almost 24 years of service, my wife and I have stayed in numerous VRBOs and hotels all over the world, and I can tell you, this was the cleanest and one of the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. The host, Mrs. Nancy was always there whenever we had a question. The pool was great and the view was better. My wife and I went by the dock every morning to relax and have a cup of coffee. The neighbors are polite and friendly. This is a Home to come relax and enjoy yourself. Thank you to Mrs. Nancy and her family and crew. Keep it up and we will definitely be back. What a great stay during COVID!

I rented this house as I was in the area visiting my parents. We were looking for a tropical vacation but due to COVID certain destinations and some beaches were not an option. Staying at this house and enjoying all the amenities was the perfect substitute! The house was immaculately clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay including pool toys, games and bikes. It's also 3 minutes from our favorite restaurant in the area, Circles, so we could order frozen tropical drinks and take them back to our pool to enjoy for the real tropical vacation experience. Nancy has done a great job renovating this home and preparing it for an amazing stay. I would highly recommend renting if you are in the area. I will be coming back the next time I am in town visiting my parents!

Cameras were not disclosed!

We rented this property for a week to enjoy our son's graduation from high school. We had recently moved from Florida and needed to rent something near my sisters home. The property is in a good location if you enjoy being on the water and is clean, but that is the only good thing about it. If you sleep in either of the two guest rooms you will hear the neighbors dogs barking (especially very early in the morning) as she leaves early for work and they can let themselves in and outside as they wish. What is far more serious is that we had a friend come to pick up his son and he brought his dog(unbeknownst to us) and within 5 minutes we had a message asking us to leave immediately. We never knew that he was coming with the dog, but what is most concerning about this is that we were being watched on their cameras! When we rented this property they did not disclose that there were cameras on the premises and we never opted into this agreement. I find this highly unsettling to be monitored while in the pool. The camera that is hung on the lanai also appears as if it does a 360 into the house allowing visibility into the kitchen and family room. We were so upset with being violated so we contacted VRBO and they refunded their fees but said that need to contact the owner to resolve anything further. The following is the message that we sent to the owner. No response back. I highly advise you, ESPECIALLY if you have little kids, not to rent this home!! What if our little one decided to change into her suit outside. Hi - I wanted to let you know that I filed a complaint with VRBO related to the use of illegal cameras during our stay. As you know, Florida is a two party consent state and it is a crime to use cameras and film another individual without their consent. When we contracted for the reservation we were not made aware that you would be watching us and did not have consent to use the cameras during our stay. Given this fact and the fact that the cameras were pointed at the pool where minors were swimming in their bathing suits most the stay is very concerning. We provided VRBO with this information and they refunded all of their fees related to the stay.

Great place for the family.

If I could give the place 6 stars I would. It was immaculate, quiet and we always felt safe. Nancy was always easy to get a hold of (although there was little need as everything we could want was available). We couldn’t have had a better time. Oh, and Circles Restaurant is a must. I think we ate there three times during our week stay.
