Welcome to the heart of Victoria. Walk to downtown and enjoy great restaurants, theaters, shopping and ocean activities. Beautiful Inner Harbor, Beacon Hill Park, street vendors, and coffee shops are several of the many activities and places available for your personal experience and leisure during your stay.

The Empress Hotel, Bay Shopping Center, BC Museum, Parliament buildings and City Center are all within a few blocks of walking.

Guests will enjoy our 2BR/2BA fully furnished 1,000 sq ft. and fully equipped upscale condo. The unit is finely furnished with furniture from the United States and Europe. Pieces include a leather sofa, chair and walnut dining table from Italy.

Bedroom suites are furnished with solid cherry wood furniture from Sumter Cabinet Company of South Carolina including King and Queen Rice Post Beds, Chest on Chest, and night stands based on 17th Century designs. The unit has many original oil painting from Europe with 'ocean sailing' being the general theme.

well equipped and perfectly located

We were able to take advantage of downtown amenities such as shopping, attractions and shows. But more importantly we were perfectly located for long walks in less touristy residential and park areas. Also the kitchen and linen closets were extremely well equipped. The apartment was mostly quiet and we enjoyed the quirky nautical theme and antique decor.

Nice little Condo. Parking undercover. Secure building. Elevator. quite building. Close walking distance to main part of downtown and harbor. Comfotable beds. Water temperature and shower pressure good. Kitchen small and never used. Coffee maker great. The only thing I could offer is it needs a little updating to window coverings and windows did not all lock completely.

Beautiful apartment in heart of Victoria

Beatrix's apartment is beautiful, clean, quiet and just as advertised. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is within walking distance of nearly everything we came to see. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Comfortable Stay & Great Location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the location perfectly close enough to the center of the attractions to walk around instead of driving. My daughter enjoyed the exercise room. The only downside was the cleanliness. It looks like there was probably an issue with the dryer that day (towels were not dry when we arrived and we had to put keep them in the dryer for 2 more full drying cycles before they were dry, which makes me think there was probably lint accumulation in the dryer vent) and therefore the cleaning person clearly omitted to clean a few things like the bath mats and the kitchen towels, so we washed them ourselves. Other than that and 1 of the bedroom horizontal blind needing a good clean, the rest of the condo was clean. The owner and person who checked us in were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Central location

Property was accurately described in listing, location was very central, Clean, very comfortable. Could have used a “book of words” to outline use of tv, video, internet, local cafe’s, etc, (found the internet descrip on back of entry door). Minor issue with malfunctioning kettle very quickly and professionally dealt with. There is a hotel that shares the courtyard, some noise quickly dealt with after a phone call to the hotel.

Awesome stay!

If you're after central location for Victoria main attractions and fine dining this place is for you. Everything is close by. Unit faces inside courtyard and very quiet. We were sleeping with all windows open and didn't have any problems. Check in was a breath with all info you needed. There's a bike rental shop near and we took an advantage and enjoyed morning and evening rides through Beacon Hill park and along the ocean. All in all we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again.

Great Experience in Victoria!

Our stay was wonderful! The owner, Beatrix , was amazing! We were able to check in early. The condo was very clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. We actually wrote down the name so we could buy the same mattress! The location allowed us to walk to the harbour front, Beacon Hill Park, and Chinatown. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location - just a few blocks from the harbor and very walkable to many points of interest. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks the garden! The condo was clean and very comfortable for our long weekend stay.

We had a great stay and the condo was within walking distance to the downtown area and a local grocery store. Also we picked up the bus and took it to the Butchart Gardens and it was really easy. We would come back again.

Perfect location in downtown Victoria

Beatrix is an awesome host, and the condo is perfectly located in downtown. Easy walking distance to the Empress, Royal BC Museum, Chinatown, shopping, and Beacon Park. I recommend her place highly.

Victoria, is a wonderful Vacation destination. The City has a English/Great Briton/European feel. Victoria has Ocean, Mountains, and the warmest weather in Canada. Wonderful restaurants. The City is welcoming and the locals are warm and friendly. A world wide/class business and vacation place to visit and see.
