St. Tropez Parc des Salins

Lage des Häuschens in einer sehr ruhigen Villengegend. Leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen,Ausstattung ist spärlich.Der Blick auf den Golf von St. Tropez ist toll. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto, da es für den kurzen 15 min Fuß Weg keinen Code für das Tor gibt. Ein Geruchsverschluss für die Spüle wäre mehr als wünschenswert… so riecht es bei geschlossen Fenstern .Insgesamt leider nur Durchschnitt

Fantastischer Ausblick - Schönes Haus

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist geräumig ist gut ausgestattet, teilweise aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bequemes Bett. Garten ist leider nur ein steiler Hang, den man nicht nutzen kann. Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt. Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort ist gut. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen. Weg zum Strand sehr anstrengend da auf dem Rückweg recht steil bergan. Leider haben wir trotz Nachfrage den Code für den oberen Zugang zur Anlage nicht erhalten. Sehr schade, da wir so den kürzeren Weg zum Meer nicht nutzen konnten.

Traumhaus in St. Tropez

Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits! Wir haben schon einige Häuser in St. Tropez geliehen und dieses ist eines der besten! Es handelt sich um ein Einfamilienhaus, welches in einer gated Community und damit ruhig gelegen ist. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft! Blick über die Bucht von St. Tropez und das offene Meer in Richtung Frejus. Große Terasse mit komfortablen Sonnenliegen. Die Betten sind bequem und ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist für Südfrankreich modern und neuwertig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Traumhafte Aussichten

Der letzte steile Anstieg wird mit einer traumhaft schönen Aussicht über Pinien und viel Grün auf die entfernte Bucht belohnt. Das Haus ist individuell eingerichtet - ein Glück, dass es vermietet wird. Ideal gelegen, wenn man auf den Küstenwegen wandern und zwischendurch auch Baden/Schwimmen möchte.

schöne Spätsommertage

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich am Ende der Anhöhe in einer privaten - mit Toren gesicherte Anlage, die noch den Charme der 50er/60er Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts bewahren konnte. Wiewohl die Häuser aus dem Ursprung der Anlage bedauerlicherweise zunehmend den modernen, repräsentativen Häusern der Neuzeit mit Pool weichen müssen. Von der Terasse blickt man auf die Bucht von St.-Tropez und entlang der Küste Richtung Fréjus - das ist ein großes Privileg! Bei der Hinfahrt brauchten wir Unterstützung duch den Service vor Ort, da die Navigation die Adresse nicht richtig gefunden hat oder wir einen Eingabefehler begangen haben? Vielen Dank, Kathy für die Unterstützung vor Ort! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und gut durch die hohen Bäume beschattet - aufgrund seiner Ausrichtung nicht der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Es verfügt über 2 Schlazimmer, 2 Bäder ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben; die Fenster lassen sich von Außen und Innen gut verdunkeln - das hält die Wärme draußen. Das Leben spielt sich vorzugsweise auf der Terasse ab, auf den Sonnenliegen kann man sich prächtig erholen. Der große Esstisch mit Panorama-Blick wird bei Abendsonne zu einer mediterranen Tafel - stets mit kühlem regionalen Rosé. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar - das haben wir als großes Geschenk erlebt. Zumal die Straßen im Sommer Richtung St.-Tropez meist verstopft sind - so konnten wir das Auto oft stehen lassen und brauchten es nur zum Einkaufen benutzen. Merci beaucoup, Laurence! Nettes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus! Die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr schön! Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist offen zum Wohnraum, was man vielleicht bedenken sollte, wenn man das Haus zu viert nutzen will! Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden! Dafür war es perfekt!

Kleines Haus, super Blick

Das Haus ist eher wie ein Appartement und maximal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kids gut. Oder für ein Paar das mal kurz Besuch bekommt, da das zweite Bett um die Ecke offen vom Wohnbereich ist, allerdings gibt es ein zweites Bad, das ist sehr gut. Die Lage und der Blick sind top! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wiederkommen. Ich glaube für eine Familie mit Kindern ist es nicht optimal, da keine Spielfläche oder Pool oder Ähnliches vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation mit Laurence klappt sehr gut ! Eventuell gibt es im nächsten Jahr eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer das wäre toll, es war schon sehr warm nachts . Für mich/uns als Paar die Ruhe und Blick suchen ist es toll.

Doit être Plus agréable au printemps et en été car exposée plein nord’ ce qui accroît l’humidité dans la maisonj Déçues par la agence qui n’était pas là pour nous accueillir Le verrou de la porte d’entrée il fonctionnait mal et nous avons été obligé d’appeler plusieurs fois pour que quelqu’un vienne le changer au bout d’une semaine Deux ampoules est également morte et l’électricien chargé de les changer et passer à la maison sans prévenir il avait écrit sur la porte qu’il repasserai et ne lavons jamais vu de ce fait nous avons passé la semaine avec un éclairage minimum dans la salle de bain et cuisine Nous avons également constaté que le pied dernier petit lit reposer sur une bûche de bois C’est dommage parce que ces incidents font oublier le charme de cette maison L’environnement est très agréable et la maison se trouve à 10 minutes de Saint-Tropez En résumé bon séjour mais qui aurait été encore plus agréable sans ces petites Choses agaçantes

Vieux, mais charmante

Calme, les lits sont confortable! La vue est un reve! Le prix de la location et l'etat de l'habitation est correcte en relation. Il y a tous qu'il faut, simple, mais quand meme avec le charme d'un Maison de vacances familiale. Nous retournerons!
