Pool (7m x 3.5m, depth 80 / 200cm, cover), 250 sqm terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ. Parking 3 cars. Shops and restaurants at 900m. Center of Mandelieu with 2km. Cannes 10 km.
Air conditioned villa 5 rooms of 330 m² on 2 levels: Living / dining room of 130 m² with TV, internet (fiber). Open kitchen fully equipped, exit to terrace sea view. 1 Bedroom with a double bed (160), TV, bathroom / WC.
Upstairs: Master bedroom with a large bed (180), Gallery with desk, dressing room, safe, TV, bathroom (whirlpool) / Shower / WC.
1 Bedroom with double bed (160), TV, shower room / WC. 1 Bedroom with a double bed (140), TV, shower room / WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
