Panoramic luxury villa in hilltop location near Florence

A most elegant and meticulously restored ancient villa in hill top location with stunning views over the Tuscan hills, Villa Napoleone is a beautifully appointed comfortable home in the outskirts of Florence, perfect for families or a group of friends wishing to discover the best that Tuscany has to offer.

We can accommodate up to 6 happy travelers in 3 air conditioned double bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), extensive panoramic gardens, large terrace-solarium and private salt water swimming pool.

Villa Napoleone sits in a privately owned Tuscan Estate of 8 hectares of secluded protected parkland of olive trees and lemon trees orchards, shrubs and panoramic landscaped gardens overlooking the Florentine hills.
Villa Napoleone is arranged over two floors and covers a surface of about 450 sqm.
Beutifully appointed throughout, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 large bright double bedrooms, all air conditioned and with private bathrooms on the first floor, where you will also find a beautiful study/reading room.
Each bedroom is individually styled with made to measure locally crafted furniture and most comfortable large beds. One of the bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two have a bath tub with hand shower. They are all beautifully finished with Portuguese marble countertops and floors and luxury fittings.
Our luxury linen is all privately owned and washed and laundered in house.

On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, with log burning stove and direct access to a large paved patio area (perfect for breakfasts), a large bright formal dining room with antique fireplace, a smaller additional dining room with glass door and direct access to the garden, a double salon/drawing room with a further fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the stunning terrace, fully furnished for al fresco dining and perfect for glorious aperitifs in front of the sunset.

Our rates includes exclusive use of the villa and its grounds (gardens, swimming pool), gardener and pool attendant, luxury linen, hot water and gas for cooking, wi-fi.
Heating is not included (not needed in Summer) and electricity is included up to 300 kWh/week (which is a lot!). All extra consumption, if any, will be charged at 0,35€/kwh.

Extra services are available on request: extra maid/housekeeping service, laundry, extra linen change, as well as cook service for lunch/dinner, driver, fridge and wine pre-stocking service, etc, all at very reasonable rates – all you have to do is ask!
