Belle maison agréable dans l'ensemble et bien placée.

Quelques défauts non mentionnés par le propriétaire. Absence de table de jardin (cassée par le précédent locataire et non remplacée!). Une baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas hermétiquement, une porte de douche à l'étage qui ferme mal. Absence de paroi de douche dans la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée et un volet rouant électrique bien capricieux... De plus, le micro-ondes était stocké dans la buanderie et invisible! Nous avons téléphoné au propriétaire pour avoir l'info! Pour terminer, les photos du salon sur le site ne correspondaient pas à la réalité sur place. Il n'y avait que des fauteuils et pas de canapé. C'est une belle maison mais pas suffisamment entretenue. Nous avons payé 1500 euros pour une semaine et j'attendais mieux rapport qualité prix. Pas de petit produit régional non plus en guise de bienvenue...

Sejour en.famille tres agreable

Nous avons passé un.weekend de l.ascension formidable en.famille. la maison est tres agreable et bien.agencee..tres bien.situee. la vue est imprenable sur la ria d Etel. Un.beau terrain.pour les enfants. Et cerise sur le gâteau, une meteo suoerbe. De bellzs balades et l ocean.pas trop loin Le propriétaire nous a tres bien.accueilli..

Séjour très agréable dans une grande maison où nous ne manquions de rien dans un magnifique endroit au bord du Ria. A faire en famille et avec amis . La météo au rdv c était parfait.

Excellent séjour

La maison est belle, décorée avec goût et très confortable. Le jardin et la terrasse sont parfaitement entretenus. L’immense terrain à l’arrière de la maison donnant sur la ria est un paradis pour les enfants. Hervé et son épouse étaient présents à notre arrivée pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great house with amazing views

A modern, clean and spacious house. Great location with easy access to coastal path and shops. Owner was available and helpful. The 60€ cleaning charge was not mentioned in description.

Semaine entre amis très réussie

Maison aussi accueillante que son propriétaire ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison agréable, fonctionnelle et d'une position centrale pour les visites. Très belle vue sur le Ria d'Etel.

La maison jouit d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec une superbe vue sur la ria, un bel environnement fleuri et verdoyant et est très agréable à vivre . Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par notre hôte, et nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable face à la Ria d'Etel

Maison encore mieux que sur les photos ! Accès direct au Sentier pour se promener au Bord de la Ria d'Etel. Accès au centre ville en 5 minutes à pieds. Propriétaire fort sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement.

Un lieu de vacances comme on les aime.

Un séjour de rêve dans une belle grande maison ou chacun dispose d'une chambre. la cuisine est très bien aménagée et il ne manque rien. Et le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Grande maison avec très belle vue et joli jardin

Excellentes vacances à Belz. La maison donne sur la ria et on peut partir directement à pied vers l'île de saint cado. Très calme, grand, bien isolé, moderne, propre. A conseiller, j'espère revenir rapidement. Un grand merci à monsieur et madame Debois.
