Wow - You CAN have it all! Updated 4 bedroom home in North Beach Village with popular reverse floor plan that highlights the captivating Seabrook Island views with the Atlantic ocean beyond. Just a short walk brings you to Boardwalk #1 with direct beach access. Take a stroll down the boardwalk and delight in the 3.5 miles of incredible beach waiting for you to enjoy! This house is ready for your friends and family to gather. The coastal interior invites the feeling of total beach relaxation.

Three guest bedrooms are on the lower level as you enter the home. The first guest room has 2 queen beds with an en suite bath. The second guest room is furnished with 2 twin beds with 2 trundles, a 35" television with Netflix and access to the deck. The third guest room has a queen bed with deck access as well. You'll delight in the low country coastal views throughout this light and bright home. The master bedroom is upstairs on the main level. This large room has a king bed with updated, en suite bath and 45" HDTV with Netflix. Step out onto the deck on this upper level, (accessible from the master bedroom and the main living area), and enjoy the ocean breeze and the distant ocean views.

The living room area is open with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows making it feel almost as though you're standing in a tree house. A sectional couch provides cozy seating. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and open to the dining and living room areas. Some of the kitchen highlights include quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and regular brew coffee maker. There is a corner breakfast nook off the kitchen with a pub height table and 4 bar stools. The dining room table has seating for 10.

North Beach cottages are extremely popular for their terrific beach location and family friendly vibe. Come enjoy all that Seabrook Island has to offer at 2221 Oyster Catcher. Seabrook is a captivating island full of low country splendor just waiting for you to explore.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

House is beautiful and Seabrook Island is spectacular. We hope we can stay again soon.

Disappointed

Location was great. House was overpriced. Vertical blinds was in poor shape and some of the rooms were missing slats, which compromised privacy in the bedrooms. In grandchildren bedroom, slats were missing and during the first night, the valance came down, just missing one of our grandchildren while sleeping. The valance in the living room was off and sitting in a corner. While at the house they had workman working on the exterior, cutting out boards and banging new boards in place. They even knock a picture off the wall and was very loud. We had to wait sometimes, just to talk. We definitely do not feel we got our money’s worth at this house. Very Disappointed

Large Valance was propped up in corner of wall next to Master bedroom. Recliner upstairs would not close. Overall wonderful place and location. Would definitely stay again.

*No walking, jogging, or biking on the golf course or cart paths.
*Please bring your own beach towels.
*Do not feed the alligators or any other wildlife at any time. Do not swim, wade, or stand along the edges of any lagoons. All our lagoons have alligators and they cannot distinguish between wildlife, humans, or pets.
*Pets must be leashed at all times, and their feces must be picked up and places in containers.
*No motorcycles are permitted on the island.
*Please note that golf carts are Not permitted on Seabrook Island roads. Low voltage vehicles are allowed. They must have a license plate, taillights, rear view mirror, seatbelts, and be able to travel at least 25 mph. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license. Not all regimes permit them as they don't have the ability to offer a place to charge them. Please reach out to Seabrook Island Property Owners office for details.
