This is the one! A fun, relaxed beach experience with luxury amenities. Spacious, newly-remodeled two bedroom, two full bath condo on 22nd floor of oceanfront building. Gorgeous views of Ocean, Bay, and Town. Brand new furniture and appliances throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and explore Ocean City, with a year-round indoor pool, huge game room and snack shops for winter months or bad weather days. Sleeps 8 comfortably in a king, a full, two twins, and a pull out queen sleeper. Strong, private Wi-Fi, 50” and two 32” flat screen HDTVs with Amazon fire stick. DVD player. Electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, dining table for six, large breakfast counter. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee pod maker, instapot, large electric griddle, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, etc. Puzzles, games, movies, books, and some beach chairs and toys provided. Brand new flooring and paint throughout. Building is in a great central location close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Perfect for families, couples, and memorable getaways!
We offer linens for your stay for $100 for all beds and the pullout sofa. Please let us know in advance. The sheets will be bagged and in the condo when you arrive. You can then just leave them on the bed when you leave. The unit is on the 22nd floor of the The Quay on 107th st.

Quay

Family vacation for a week. Right on the beach. The balcony was nice. There is a super market right down the street so we cooked more meals there than we ever have on previous vacations which saved a couple bucks so that was nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Close to restaurants, beach & bus stop. Has a nice indoor & out door pool, 3 elevators. Sheets are not included in price but you can pay extra for that. Kitchen is well equipped with everything, but only had 1 hand towel to use. Make sure you bring paper towels, extra toilet paper, coffee for keurig machine. Condo even had small coolers for us to use. which was great to carry drinks & snacks for a day at the beach.

Perfect Beach Spot

Very cute place! We had everything we needed for our family of 6 to have a nice, comfortable stay. I love that the area is a bit quieter than some spots in OC. Also nice to have both beach and pool options.

Super Family Oriented!

This is the perfect condo for families. It was clean, included everything you needed for cooking, and was nice and quiet. Our daughters loved having their own room and especially loved the starfish themed bathroom! The pool outside was the best pool ever! Our younger daughter learned how to swim really well in it, which is a memory now sketched in our hearts forever. We come to OCMD every year and this stay was by far the best! Just wish we could've stayed longer!

Love that the building has big carts like for transporting all your belongings up and down the elevator and presumably to the beach during summer. The view from the balcony was even better than advertised and host communication and materials were thorough. Building itself shows age as do almost all OC properties. Showers never got warm in unit and cleaners need to do a deeper clean but this did not spoil the trip. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Off Season Getaway

We usually come down for Sunfest and with them moving it back we were undecided. I am glad we did, this place was great and the view from the room spectacular.

We are already talking about next year

Let me start with- I'm pretty picky. This was an annual trip of HS girlfriends. She's on the west coast and I wanted to show her an east coast beach. Both of us live pretty well at home, and this was NO disappointment. We stayed in early September, so the local restaurants were still well-staffed, weather beautiful. The condo is close enough to everything that you can walk, but far enough away that there was no noise at all. The condo was BEAUTIFUL, comfy, clean, with everything you need for cooking. The view alone- the ocean and the bay- was perfect. Could easily sleep 6- one king one double and 2 bunk beds. The first night my friend commented that she hadn't slept so well in a while- good mattresses. We reached out to owner with questions, he answered right away. Its right on the beach, also has a pool. It is an easy in to the condo, if you can get into the building. I like that it's secure, but we arrived after 8 pm and there was no one at the desk. DO BRING bath towels, sheets. Great experience, thank you!

Weekend at Quay, OCMD

Good, clean condo within Quay building with partial view of the ocean. The bathroom shower head was leaking during the stay and the host/ PM waa prompt to offer plumbing services either right away or after our stay. Overall very satisfied with the property and the service.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pictures accurately show how nice the condo was. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 teenagers and a 20 y/o). Excellent communication and responsiveness from owners. Would book this condo again in future.

Excellent!

This was our first stay here and hopefully we get the opportunity to return! The first thing to note is that we had two cars and there was space for both! So many places only have room for one vehicle. Security was very nice and friendly. Check in was very smooth and the owners communication was exceptional!! The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. We really appreciated the higher end washer and dryer. This did not feel like a rental by any means. It felt like the Roswell's let us stay at their home! We look forward to our next stay!
