**Please note: This complex will be undergoing construction through July 31, 2025. During this period, workers may be visible and construction noise may be audible. Balcony access may be limited due to balcony renovations. Additionally, due to the construction, the pool will be closed through mid May 2025.

Relax on your private patio as you watch the kids play. You'll also love the well appointed interior of the condo, which can sleep up to eight guests! This family-friendly vacation complex has a community pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. At the end of the day, take advantage of the pavilion for a family cookout.

Aegean is located close to the Destin Harbor and Harborwalk Village for dining and entertainment. If you don't want to venture too far from your accommodation, there are delicious Destin restaurants located on Holiday Isle including Louisiana Lagniappe and La Paz.

Condo pool view

The placement of the condo for access to the pool and beach was great. We were very disappointed with the inaccuracy of the listing which stated 2 complementary beach chairs and umbrella were included only to find out at the beach service station this was NOT true. I contacted guest services multiple times and shared the listing that shows this as included. We were not reimbursed for the expense of having to rent the beach chairs and umbrella. So if you are expecting these in your condo rental to be included be prepared to pay for them instead at $45 per day. It’s false advertising and I would have elected to stay elsewhere had the listing been accurate.

We had a concerning experience. . I need to speak to the southern rental's broker asap regarding my stay and some significant concerns that they need to be made aware of. I have left my number with this company’s property management team and sales team and I still have not had a return call or been given the broker's contact.

Location - location - location. 2-minute walk to the Gulf with a fabulous beach. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Perhaps a bit worn out but definitely a great space to spend a vacation.

We will be back

Already looking into booking for next summer! Property was great and the location was perfect for our family. It was quiet, not overly crowded, and the condo itself was so spacious! We did have to contact Property Management a couple times for things out of their control (ST Fred update and breaker box location when the bathroom breaker tripped) and they were extremely helpful! We will be back.

Location sold us

It was spacious and full of storage. Best location for pool and proximity to beach as well as the town. The only downside was it needed renovation. Bathrooms were functional, just not beautiful. Overall fine for a week.

Very nice and quiet

There was some confusion about parking passes, but everything about the property was amazing. Nice outdoor grills, short walk to beach, very nice pool and patio, and so much room! I highly recommend for adults and family it was very quiet. No loud partying teens.

Great Family Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Aegean. The property is lovely with east access to the pool and beach. We stayed there with a group of five families with each family having their own condo. The adults and kids all had a great week!
