Mark and Mona are ace. The property is lovely. Old school but in a totally relaxing way. I am a repeat customer. And that will continue. Quiet. Clean. Nice little neighborhood. Love it.
This property was perfect for our family of 5. Our daughters (6 & 4) shared the full bed, and our baby slept in the queen room with us, in a Pack & Play. The outdoor area was very nice! The only thing we missed having was a dryer…it was humid/muggy, so after a day at the beach, our towels and bathing suits wouldn’t air dry just by being outside. Other than that, the unit had mostly everything we needed!
Pets are welcomed in this lovingly maintained property. The gracious hosts live on the property and were highly responsive to our needs. We had a wonderful stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the property, very peaceful enjoying the shady yard in between all the activities that the North Fork has to offer (dining, wineries, pickle ball, beaches and shopping).
We had a nice time here (despite the rainy weather) and Mark was very responsive to all our questions. Wish we could have used the nice outdoor space more, but it was nice to be warm and cozy inside!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Mona and Mark were excellent hosts. We were greeted when we arrived and they checked in during our week there. The accommodations were simple and clean. Not luxury but very nice and what I would expect with a historical home. It was nice having a private patio area, grill and yard. We used it! It’s in a perfect location and we went everywhere throughout the north fork! The only downside was the WiFi. It did not work well, which was challenging with 2 kids and having to address some work-related issues. If you are looking for a place to stay to work remotely, this is not the place but if you are looking for a place to feel remote, this is perfect. I would definitely stay again!
After months of quarantine in Manhattan, I was greatly in need of sky and beach and water and relaxing days sans mask. White Blossom House fit the bill. My 2-bedroom cottage apartment was spacious, comfortable, fully-equipped, and had a lovely patio and backyard for dining outdoors, grilling, sitting under shade trees reading and relaxing. Nearby were many beaches, both Bay and Sound beaches, on either side of the North Fork, each different, but each well worth visiting. I walked many miles of shoreline while I was there, which was my dream for this trip. And the hosts, Mark and Mona, were excellent, always available if needed and very responsive to all requests. It was just the getaway I had hoped for. Would definitely recommend it.
My husband, teenage daughters, the family dog and I enjoyed a lovely week in our private cottage and garden here. The area is beautiful with a sweet little beach within a five minute drive. Close to town, farm stands and all the vineyards, the central location was also within ten minutes drive from Love Lane in Mattituck, Greenport and the ferries to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. Mark and Mona were lovely and very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return soon!
The property is beautiful and quiet with convenient location.Very clean and basic but everything we needed for our little get away. Loved the beach nearby and Mona & Mark were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The stay was off to a great as soon as we arrived. We were greeted by Mona and she walked us to the cottage, which as true to advertisement. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the White Blossom House for anyone visiting Southold.
Great vacation stay. Mark & Mona are very responsive to any requests. The cabin is clean, with great outside space for dining. Close to a very nice bay beach. We stay there frequently.
It was a pleasure staying at White Blossom House. The location is convenient to Greenport and just a few minutes from Southold’s Main St. and plenty of wineries. The cottage was cozy for our family of three plus dog. Communication was great before the booking, and Mona checked in with us once during our three night stay. WiFi was a bit slow but working reliably. We are thankful to have found this accommodation!
The apartment is lovely, comfortable and clean. The property is charming and the owners were very helpful when we needed anything. We really enjoyed the outdoor space.

Wonderful Relaxed Setting
Mark & Mona could not have been more hospitable. We will definitely return to Unit 1 which has a nicely updated bathroom and kitchen. It is very cozy and comfortable, and very spacious - an excellent value for money. We also loved the location - it was close to a great beach and an easy ride to wineries and Greenport. For those who plan to cook, the kitchen is very nicely outfitted, just need to bring a good knife, but everything else is there. We really enjoyed barbecuing and the private patio, as well as the lawn across from our unit.

Lovely Southold Stay
Our stay in unit 1 was very nice. The unit itself is very spacious - larger than expected. We were only 2 people, but it could comfortably accommodate at least 4. The owners, Mark and Mona were onsite and available if needed. They quickly took care of the only issue we had in the unit - a loud Grandfather clock that chimed throughout the night - as soon as we reported it. The location is very pretty and convenient to all North Fork attractions. The property is in a residential and very quiet neighborhood, but very close to the center of Southold.

The property was quiet, charming and beautiful.
I can't say enough about my stay here. The property wss beautiful and the apartment was charming, very clean with a pristine private yard where I was able to spend a lot of my time. I was looking for a quiet last minute get away with my dog and it was exactly what I was looking for. Mona greeted me when I arrived and checked in the next day to see if I needed anything. I was sorry to have to leave and will definitely be returning in the Fall.
