Condo at slopes in Northstar

The place is shabby, the cushions on the sofa are torn. The sleeper sofa bed is not very comfortable. The manager would not let us park by the condo prior to checking in or after check out, necessitating driving to a parking lot 10 minutes away and taking a shuttle, a major hassle. There was no need for this as there was plenty of parking by the condo on both days. The communication with the office was difficult as the lady who answered had no information and had to call elsewhere for it and then call me back, sometimes more than an hour later. She was nice and friendly enough, but had no information that I neecec

Still love Northstar

Just not this unit. Linens had not been changed. Bath mat was filthy. It’s summer, HOT, totally fine keeping windows open for cool mountain air at night… but without screens?!?!? Replace the missing ones!! When they say “bring your own toiletries “ they definitely mean it! Don’t expect even a bar of soap!

NASTIEST Short stay rental EVER!!!!

This property is owned by slumlords! VRBO should drop this account immediately!!!! The cleaning crew should be fired as well!!!! All furniture should be torched!!! The sofas, and pull-out bed mattress, are beyond acceptable. They are broken and non functional. No one should be subjected to sleep on the floor due to dysfunctional furniture! Totally unacceptable for any short term rental. Upon arrival we had a cockroach greet us on the hallway floor. Dirt, dead and alive bugs, hair and debris lined the carpet and floors in every room through the whole unit. It obviously was never vacuumed prior to our arrival. Pubic hair (not ours!) was on the nightstand. Every surface we touched was grimy with greasy finger prints. We found someone's socks on the tv stand, a man's t-shirt in the bedroom left over from the previous people before us. How does a cleaning crew not see any of this? We didn't have any clean bedding for the pull-out even though it is advertised as having such accommodation and is why we booked the unit. We eventually found a large blue garbage bag filled with sheets and pillow cases we thought may be a winner for bedding but found the linens were already used and soiled! Bathroom sink was fully clogged. **Fire extinguisher is out out date!** Bathroom floor mat nasty! Fully browned from dirty shoe/feet and riddled with hair (again, not ours!). Long black hair on the kitchen counter and stove. Drop this 4133 Coyote Fork property immediately!

Overpriced dump

This place was in really bad shape for the price. Toilet barely worked, carpeting and floor were sticky, windows were filthy, dishes in the cupboard were dusty, some utensils weren’t clean... Maybe under different circumstances it would be fine but right now there’s a level of cleanliness expected that this place didn’t meet. If I were the owners, I wouldn’t rent it right now.
