It was clean and comfortable, and all the woodwork was amazing! The view was very nice and all the property around. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there for a getaway!!
The perfect "barn" for our solar eclipse viewing...private, cozy, quiet, open sky, crowd free and amazing location. The personal touches to the rental and privacy were just what we were looking for...Thank You!

We absolutely loved the place! Very clean and inviting. The hosts were very accomodating. Beautifull property and view of the mountain! We couldn't be happier with our stay!
Beautiful area to drive in and property is located in a great area. Easy to get to Mt. Magazine or town if you’d like. Pretty area to just drive around and look at landscape.
What a charming cottage on a serene 185 acre property with amazing views. Our host thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Extra pillows, blankets, even a small bedside fan in addition to the ceiling fan for those (like my husband) who like additional air blowing on them. They even had it on his side of the bed. Bath and kitchen were spotless and stocked with everything you need. They even had some snacks for us. Host was very welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area!
This property is the best vacation rental in Booneville! Quiet, clean, and out of town with the best views around. We couldn't be happier with the place and would definitely recommend.
very peaceful area, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and stay at this location again. Highly recommend this rental. A+, ten out of ten!
Came to town to attend a High School graduation. There are very limited options for lodging in Booneville so we were glad to find this place. Only a 5 minute drive from town but feels so peaceful and secluded. Cabin is really well decorated and clean. Enjoyed watching the birds from the front porch with a cup of coffee. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I was quiet and very relaxing. Just what we needed.
We were in Booneville for a family wedding, and this great little place sitting on a beautiful piece of property, complete with a view of Mt. Magazine out of the kitchen window, was the ideal place for us to stay. Thank you!
As always, our stay here was wonderful. It’s such a cute cabin, and the host is a delight.

This was an amazing place to stay. Last minute booking for work. Perfect little hide away just minutes from town. The place was perfect. Clean (even though there was a mix up and they weren’t expecting me!), adorable with all the amenities of a apartment. Much nicer than any hotel!!! The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!!
The only thing that exceeds the natural beauty of this location is the hospitality offered by the hosts. The amenities are plentiful - fishing ponds, fire pit, even conveniences like coffee and other supplies. And, the view of Mount Magazine is breathtaking!
Booked a last-minute trip for my wife's bday and this place was absolutely perfect. It's clean, quiet and had all of the amenities we needed. They even left some snacks for our convenience. The a/c was super cold and the host was just as friendly as could be. Would definitely stay here again!
