New house (construction 2013) BBC on Roscoff (small town of character very lively around its fishing port and its history built around the development of seaweed). Micro-climate of the island of Batz.

Beau séjour en famille. La maison était comme décrite sur le site, style moderne mais tres fonctionnelle. Située pas très loin du centre ville et du port.

Comfortable house ideal for exploring Roscoff and the ferry

Spacious modern property within a very short distance of the ferry and the coast. We had an enjoyable stay despite the highly variable weather.

Schönes Haus in Roscoff

Trotz des regnerischen und stürmischen Wetters haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, es gibt in fussläufiger Entfernung einen schönen kleinen und windgeschützten Strand zum Baden und Relaxen. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie war einwandfrei. Das zur Verfügung stehende SUP konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen.

Maison très agréable, lumineuse même en novembre et spacieuse. La propreté et l'équipement sont au rdv. Un petit plus fort sympathique, le petit salon avec accès terrasse avec la mer au loin à l'étage et les playmobils/livres pour enfants qui ont ravis nos filles de 7ans ,4 ans et 18 mois Merci

Superbe maison

Belle maison comme sur les photos , bien agencée ;endroit très calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Il faut compter 25' à pied pour arriver au centre de Roscoff ou l'on trouve les restaurants, boulangerie, carrefour city. A recommander.

Excellent Séjour à Roscoff

Maison spacieuse, moderne, bien équipée, très agréable à vivre avec un beau jardin. Nous avons apprécié le solarium avec vue sur mer en prenant notre café. Idéalement située à 2 pas d'une jolie crique protégée du vent et à 15 mn à pied du centre. Belles balades côtières et redécouverte de l'île de Batz magnifique. Les jeunes ont profité du spot de surf. Merci Sophie pour votre bienveillance, gentillesse et écoute. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Super séjour sur Roscoff

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis à Roscoff. Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants de 2 ans et 2 de 5 ans. La Maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. La proximité de la plage à 5min à pied est un vrai plus et nous avons profité du paddle pour observer poissons et crabes avec les enfants (eau transparente et calme) je recommande cette location.
