Great place with a short drive to Mammoth Mtn

The condo was as described. Very nice, clean, and spacious for the three of us who stayed there. Cute neighborhood a little outside of town and about 10-15 minutes from Mammoth Mountain main lodge.

Great place - w minor issues

We loved the layout and recent updates. Great location. Only issues were the wifi had been switched and it wasn’t reflected in the in the check-in instructions. The pictures showed a bunk bed in the loft which wasn’t there. The screen to the balcony was completely broken and the BBQ, although it worked, smoked so much we were forced to close the door/windows to use it. All that being said we would gladly stay here again - however those issues should be addressed for future renters.

Heating issues and furniture falling apart

While the place was spacious and accurate-looking from the photos, we arrived at 10p to a busted heater and had to spend the night bundled up in our ski clothes to sleep. The next day, we had workers in the house all day trying to fix the heat while we skied, which made us very uncomfortable. We eventually got space heaters because the heat wasn't repaired. Also, while things looked nice, the minute you handled many of the furnishings, they fell apart. A few dining chairs were broken when you tried to sit on them, and there was no place to hang your wet ski gear. Literally not a single hook in the entire place, so you had to hand your ski gear randomly all over the unit. There was hardly any hot water and the dishwasher was flooded with water and couldn't be used. When I asked about whether they would give us any kind of credit or rebate for the heating issues, I heard nothing back. I understand these things happen, but at least be accountable and offer something for the inconvenience considering how much we pay for the stay and all the added fees. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, but I wouldn't stay here again. Whomever is managing this place for the owners is definitely taking them for a ride.

Home away from home

Roomy, clean, and kitchen supplies all there. Cloth dryer may need some maintenance (loud and not drying well). Overall excellent place for our family.

Perfect for ski weekend

Location was quiet, easy drive into town and the village. Unit was spacious, clean, well-stocked. No problem with parking. No need to bring any extra blankets. No problems with reservation, instructions, check-in or check-out. We had a great time and would highly recommend this unit.

A beautiful mountain home

This is a beautiful and cozy place, nicely furnished, clean and well stocked, with a view of the mountain. My friends and me felt totally relaxed in this place. We spent our last morning taking pictures of each other in the interior. Needless to say, we enjoyed it so very much.

Beautiful condo

Easy check in, clean, and cozy for this cold windy weekend we chose. Decorated nicely with very comfortable couches. Condo is up a set of stairs that I wasn’t aware of that my 94 year old grandpa had to climb but he still enjoyed his stay very much. Thanks for allowing my family and I to stay.

Very comfortable quiet place great for two couples.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend with four adults and one two year old. We have stayed at multiple mammoth properties and this one stands out as it’s fully carpeted and that makes it very comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed the layout of the house with each bedroom having a full bath. The living room and kitchen layout makes relaxing and conversing while preparing meals really enjoyable. We will be back!

Ski Week

Great holiday stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures were exactly as we envisioned. Beautifully updated and a true mountain-ambience home. We really enjoyed the roominess, especially the nice big living room sofa! The home was very clean with great appointments! The heating worked great! Thank you for a lovely stay...a great end to our 2021 holiday vacation for the family. Deborah :-)

First Father's Day

We wanted to be together for our daughter and her wonderful husband's, our son from another mother, first Father's Day with their newborn twins. The condo was PERFECT! Very comfortable and relaxing. New mom and dad were able to get some much needed rest and even a date while Noni and GPA got in some bonding time, heaven. Condo had everything needed. We ran out of propane and property management had it for us the same afternoon. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you!
