Le pied-à-terre parfait pour un séjour au ski à Font-Romeu

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Égat avec mon compagnon pour célébrer notre 10e anniversaire, et ce fut une expérience mémorable ! L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la nature, tout en étant à proximité du centre de Font-Romeu. Les télésièges du centre-ville sont à deux pas, et la station Les Airelles est accessible en voiture en une dizaine de minutes. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé pour un séjour agréable. Il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et est très cosy, offrant une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon, parfait pour prendre un petit-déjeuner tout en profitant de la vue. Autre atout, un parking est disponible au pied de la résidence, et l’appartement, situé au premier étage, est facilement accessible. Enfin, la communication avec l’hôte a été excellente : elle est très disponible et propose de nombreuses recommandations pour agrémenter votre séjour. En résumé, tout était parfait, et nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

excellent séjour avec 4 jours de ciel bleu.

petit point négatif...le bruit des voisins et celui du rez de chaussée qui faisait des travaux jusque tard le soir.heureusement cela n'a pas duréparking pas très grand pour tous ces appartements mais nous faisions beaucoup de trajets à pied à travers la forêt c'était vraiment beau avec la neige et le ciel bleu.très bonne communication avec la gérante de l'appartement. nous la remercions.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé

Résidence de premier abord vétuste sans charme mais très agréable. Après cette première impression mitigée que des points positifs si ce n'est le réseau mobile très restreint. Résidence située au calme, au milieu des sapin avec de nombreux chemins de balades au pied de la résidence. Parking disponible, accès a pied au centre ville de font Romeu en 10 minutes. L appartement a été rénové, propre et bien situé, avec belle vue. La personne s'occupant de l appartement est cordiale et disponible. Une bonne adresse !

Studio avec vue magnifique sur la montagne, fonctionnel, bien équipé, refait à neuf. Centre commercial à proximité. Font Romeu à 1 km. Parfait pour un couple. Situé dans une résidence.

Excellent location with a short walk to Font Romeu. Cozy and warm, heating is superb with a good shower and hot water. Very clean and tidy. Excellent value.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien pour 2 personnes. Nous étions 4 mais on s'arrange ! La vue depuis le balcon est très belle ! L'accueil de Myriam au top ! Très belle région ! Résidence un peu excentrée, véhicule indispensable mais Font Romeu à 5mn en voiture !

Bel appartement dans environnement de qualité

Bel appartement, très propre, bien équipé, situé dans un étonnant ensemble résidentiel, au coeur de la très belle forêt d'Egat. Très calme durant notre séjour (hors vacances) On y bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la chaîne des Pyrénées catalanes.

Super appartement

Location à recommander. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le balcon orienté plein sud avec la vue sur la montagne était un régal tous les matins. La cuisine comporte tous les condiments, torchons, ... ( chose très rare). Il est idéal pour 2 personnes. Accueil très sympathique de Myriam. Nous avons passé un super séjour et conservons les coordonnées pour y revenir ultérieurement.

Confortable et bien équipé

Logement confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Véhicule obligatoire car excentré de Font Romeu. La vue est très belle. Par contre aucune insonorisation dans l'immeuble, on entend tout ce qui s'y passe, c'est fort dommage. Mais un bon séjour quand même.

Très bon emplacement pour un séjour en montagne.

L'appartement est très agréable, l'équipement moderne et très récent. (L'ensemble d'immeubles auquel il appartient est en cours de rénovation). Très belle vue sur la chaîne frontalière avec l'Espagne (Cambre d'Aze, Pic d'Eyne, Puigmal....) , bonne exposition (au Sud). A 15 mn à pied du centre de Font-Romeu, et en pleine nature, au calme. Très bien comme point de départ pour de belles randonnées.

appartement très bien rénové dans une résidence qui mériterait de l etre également Vue magnifique et emplacement idéal pour randonner sans prendre la voiture Manque un grille pain, préciser que la cafetière est une nespresso et télévision ne capte rien (4 chaînes sans interet). Impeccable condition, and well furnished with microwave, hob, complete set of cooking utensils with double bed and sofa bed. Excellent heating, hot water and balcony with stunning view. The photo on the profile does NOT do it justice, truly breathtaking, especially when you can look down on the clouds in the valley.
