Built in 2017, this home is comfortable, clean and quiet. The community is built around the longest golf course in the country. Guests will have access to the 42, 000 sq ft recreation center and tons of trails.
There are three bedrooms for rent. This is perfect for the travelling professional, medical, military, students. The owner resides in the home, along with 3 small toy fox terriers who love to meet new people. The home offers high speed internet, all rooms are large, comfortable, lines are included along with cleaning. Guests can share the kitchen, living room and laundry room. Bedrooms may share the large guest bathroom. Great place to come home to while working on assignment. A home away from home!

Wonderful stay

I reserved a room for my son who was going to be in Colorado Springs for a summer internship. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Laura. I was a little skeptical at first since he would be sharing common spaces with others. But it worked out perfectly. Laura is extremely organized and easy to get along with. She provided a lot of extras that you normally would have to supply yourself. Laura also cooked dinners for her guests periodically and planned fun outings. There is a great workout facility/pool in the the neighborhood that my son had access to as well. I also had piece of mind knowing that Laura was there if my son needed something since he was so far from home (We live in SC). Overall, his stay was great. I would definitely recommend staying at Laura’s house!! Thanks for everything Laura.
