Small attractive home in a pleasant neighborhood, a quaint 2 bedroom bungalow, updated with modern amenities. My 2 small dogs are my co-hosts, Domino and Jasper, ever alert, waiting for treats, pets and praise. Your bedroom is bright & airy with a mini-frig. . Cross the hall to a snack center and your private a bathroom.
There is a deck outside the back door that overlooks a lush garden and a covered patio.

Anne's place

Anne's place was clean, quiet and an enjoyable stay. Checking in was easy as she was there to greet me. It was a nice room and private bathe with avpretty garden view. Id recommend Annes pace.

Can't wait to return!

It was a joy to be welcomed by Anne and her dogs Jasper & Domino. I got to give treats (provided by Anne) as I entered and both dogs seemed to appreciate that! The check-in instructions were detailed and easy to understand. Anne was easy to contact and readily available to answer any questions I had. I loved the heater in the ceiling of the bathroom and the shower was great. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed all the space in the bedroom. There’s a beautiful view from the room of the lush paradise in the backyard. I'm grateful I had a little time to sit outside at the table & chairs provided while I soaked up the sun! This little sanctuary was perfect for me and I hope it will be available when I visit San Jose again. Thank you so much Anne! I loved the entire experience!!

The property is exactly as described. The pups are a great welcoming committee. I enjoyed the privacy. The outdoors was great for workouts. Would definitely stay again.

Super Clean and Wonderful Area

Very sweet neighborhood great for walking and close to eating and museum. Room and bathroom were immaculate and host is great communicator. If I were to return, would definitely stay in this super affordable gem!

Wonderful visit

It was a perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter. The neighborhood was very quiet, the room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend it.

Nice location

I enjoyed everything here except the barking dogs bothered me more than I expected. I had to keep my door closed at all times so he wouldn’t go in and mark my things. Location is great, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the dog.

Lovely room

Anne’s home and yard are beautiful. The room was small, but nice with a place to set our suitcase (glad we only brought one) and a closet with plenty of hangers. There was one wooden chair and the bed was very comfortable. The dogs are pretty happy, but disturbed my sleep only one night. We really enjoyed our stay.

San Jose Getaway

I booked this property as guest lodging for my brother and his girlfriend who were visiting from out of town. They had a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price for the bay area. Anne was very friendly and gave detailed and timely communications — the accommodations are charming.
