This luxury vacation home is located in one of Venice Florida's most sought after neighborhood communities, which offers several amenities and is only a short drive from our beautiful Venice Beaches!

The home offers a large master bedroom with a queen size pillow-top bed, an off-set office/den area, a walk in closet, and an over-sized master bath. Guests will enjoy a spa-like experience with this luxury master bathroom, which features a 2 person soaking tub, his and hers sinks, vanity, and walk-in rainfall shower!

The 2 guest bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each feature a queen size pillow top bed with ample closet space. The guest bath has a glass enclosed shower tub and over-sized sink vanity.

The lanai features a private heated pool in a fully screened enclosure. You will also find a propane gas grill, a charcoal grilll, and dining table with seating for 6 guests. There are also 2 chaise lounge chairs on the pool sundeck.

The community center offers several amenities, which include an exercise facility, tennis courts, a baseball field & soccer field, basketball court, roller hockey court, pickle ball court, hiking trail, children's playground, and a resort-style heated pool.

HOUSE RULES:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the energy efficiency of the home by keeping all windows and doors closed when the Air Conditioning Unit is ON and turning off any electric components when not needed, i.e. lights, TV's, etc. Guests are liable for any dollar amount in excess of the $250 monthly FPL Utility bill. Any energy consumption beyond $250/month will be deducted from the security deposit.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. PARKING VEHICLES ON THE GRASS IS NOT ALLOWED AND STREET PARKING OVERNIGHT IS PROHIBITED. GUESTS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH STONEYBROOK'S COMMUNITY RULES WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITH NO REFUND. ALL GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WHO ARE STAYING OVERNIGHT FOR 30+ NIGHTS ARE REQUIRED TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS/REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES (EXCLUDING MANDATORY STORM EVACUATION ORDERS) OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-IN.

Safety Surveillance: There is a doorbell camera surveilling the front entry of the property and a second camera surveilling the pool equipment at the back of the property.
