We'll be back

We were pleasantly surprised by this unit. The view is excellent, the location is great, parking is convenient and the configuration of the unit is very livable. The Air conditioning, the primary shower and Wifi are strong. The kitchen is well equipped and the Master bed is comfortable. We have already re-booked for next year.

Great location with the best views in Waikiki

We really enjoyed the two balconies with 180 degrees views of both the ocean and the mountains. We would love to come back and stay again.

Perfectly for 4 person, enough space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and really a good functional kitchen.The kitchen and the sofa is a bit old, but works. Two not so good things was the dirty windows and dirty balcony chairs. They need to be clean extra well. The sea view is spectacular and thats why it miss the extra clean windows.All in all a very good host. The apartment stay in a good zone, where you can walk easily to Waikiki or to the Ala Moana Shopping Center in 10-15 minutes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very pleased with the rental, very adequate cooking utensils. The unit could use better floor cleaning supplies, ie a swifter.The stove was very dirty, ended up buying a stove top cleaner and stainless steel cleaner. The sofas could use a cleaning. We recommend that the key box on the door be available for use the first night. It is a long distance to pick up the keys, would be better to allow guests to do so next day, especially for those who are not renting a vehicle. Alii Beach staff we're very helpful. Have booked property again for next year.

Great Views

If a great view is most important this is it. Master bathroom door broken, the fix was a drape. Entry door lock& doorknob broken, fix was duct tape for almost a month; always fear of getting locked out again; dated, tire & uncomfortable furniture; one set of sheets for each bed. Two TV’s and 5 remotes unlabeled and no instructions, told not a problem for younger renters. Four months of construction in unit below. Much less than expected. Response from management company was unsatisfactory. Great views if that is all you need.
