Best location , walking distance to everywhere at Oberlin College. This unique apartment is located above the downtown businesses but is still relaxing and quiet inside. Nice living room, kitchen and full bath. Located across the parking lot from the Oberlin Conservatory. Great place for parents to stay when visiting for the weekend. Queen size bed located on the first landing with a futon upstairs

Comfortable, unusual apartment

This was a perfect place for me and my two siblings to land for a few days while we visited a friend in Oberlin. It is clean, pleasant, and we were comfortable. The layout is unusual and the location off of a parking lot isn't beautiful, but for us it was just fine. If you are looking for a pretty vacation locale, this isn't it, but if you just need a place to land in Oberlin, it's just right.

Photos accurate, owner great, but it’s dirty

The photos are accurate. The bed is not a true separate room but a nook off the entry, ceilings about 6’ tall. The bed was comfortable, with an AC machine right there. I slept great immediately. The futon has some springs in it. Not an amazing bed, but not rock-hard like some futons. It would work for a young and supple person. There was actually a bonus room as well that I think is not always available. Owner was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. There were some issues with cleanliness, but I truly think Arnie cares about his guests’ experience, so I will discuss these with him privately, and future residents can confirm they have been taken care of. Give him a minute to do so. :)

Really convenient to Oberlin

This apartment is located right on main street in the middle of town and campus - Short, easy walk to the admissions office for our tour of campus, and just as close to the conservatory. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Sleeps 2 in a double bed plus 1 more in a futon. Kitchen and bathroom are stocked with supplies. I would stay there again.

Awesome Oberlin Location

Arnie was fantastic to work with. I changed our travel dates a couple of times and he was very accommodating. This property could not be any better situated for a visit to Oberlin. Steps from The Feve and The Local it’s perfect for any visitor going to the conservatory or college. I would stay again.
