We are taking extra precautions to keep our property extra clean for travelers.

The house was originally built and rented as a duplex. To make it more comfortable
for extended families we changed the description. It is now a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house
with 2 kitchens, living rooms and a large upper deck. And 1 golf cart that seats 6.

This comfortable, Well-appointed Duplex is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway one block from all Catalina has to offer.

Amazing stay

My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!

Great house - close to shops and restaurants

Clean, nicely decorated house with two kitchens and an awesome deck. Spacious living rooms with plenty of seating for families! We had three generations of family members staying here - it worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend getaway

Great 4th of July

Our extended family had a wonderful stay celebrating the 4th of July in Avalon. The home was wonderfully equipped including beach toys and equipment making the stay perfect.

Amazing location & layout

Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with friends here. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants from Angela’s place. Angela was very communicative & we loved the layout, upper deck, and comfortable bedrooms.

Family stay

We stayed in the lovely well equipped and very well located home in June. We had many family members visiting Avalon over the weekend and we met for hordourves and cocktails at the property on the upstairs outside deck. The golf cart was a huge bonus and my 85 year old father was able to see views of Avalon that he hasn’t seen in decades. We had a wonderful stay.

The Perfect Place

One of my best stays anywhere! Hosts super good communication- clear, prompt responses, accommodating, courteous and kind great location near all interests in town, nice space with plenty of room, well-equipped and sparkling clean. Would rent it again in a heartbeat. Our family of 9 all loved it!

Very well located. Easy to get to everything. Only qualm was not knowing the room with twin bed only had access to bathrooms via master bedroom. Kind of awkward with separate adults in every room.

Great location. Walkable from dock and close to ocean front businesses.

Unit is dived into two separate levels. Good for some groups, maybe not for others with small kids. Patio is nice, but no ocean view and very little privacy.

WONDERFUL FAMILY TIME

THANK YOU, Angela! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your home and in Avalon. We packed in fun activites and yummy meals! Your home was a great setup for our family with the separate apartment up stairs. Also it was so FUN and convenient to have a 6 seater golf cart to use.

Great location and size for our troop

Our troop of a dozen people (teens and adults) greatly enjoyed staying so close to the main drag. There were games and plenty of cooking supplies and even some ziplock bags and foil to store leftovers. It’s quiet at night, and restful after a day of fun exploring. The use of the golf cart was a super nice option to have. The host has games, a volleyball, and a deck of cards for fun.

Excellent rental

This is a great rental in a great location! It was absolutely perfect for our family who has been coming to the island two weeks at a time for 34 years. The hosts were quick to reply to questions all throughout the year as well as when a couple small things came up while on the island. The use of a 6 seater golf cart really adds to the efficiency and fun of the trip. Plenty of extra bedding, fans throughout the house (both ceililng and non), and all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook almost every meal while we were there. We are well accustomed to island-style rentals and this more than met our expectations. Definitely will be recommending this rental to family and friends.

Great for multiple small family units

Location, location, location! What an excellent spot to call home base! Walking distance to everything in Avalon! Good communications with owner throughout and before stay. Except for a couple of pot lids missing, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! My favorite color is blue and all the colors inside and out were calming and cozy!

Perfect for what we needed

This house is great for two families. We stayed in the upstairs unit which was airy and bright. There were some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, spotty internet, stains) but all easily fixed. The downstairs is better for a bigger group but a bit of a funky layout. The location is very central and close to everything. The island is wonderful that you are barely ever inside anyways. The deck is perfect for an afternoon drink in the sun.

Sad to leave

Our overall stay was great as usual. We did have a broken toilet seat which we reported when we first arrived but was not repaired while we were there. The wine glasses seemed to have evaporated which is I am sure an ongoing problem. We did however thoroughly enjoy our stay as we have for the last seven years. I do think that a policy for a returning customer to have priority to sign up for the same week next year would be beneficial. It was very sad to leave there this year knowing that we would not be coming back next year.

Fun Birthday Weekend

The weekend was wonderful and the house was very close to all the activity. The biggest complaint I have is the amount paid to stay there when the upstairs unit's carpet and outside refrigerator door was dirty. The carpet had stains and I would expect a nicer carpet for the price. They also need to update the windows since the house is on a busy thoroughfare street and therefore we could hear all the traffic that started going by in the morning. I hate to complain about these things because the weekend was wonderful and the location was amazing - it's just the price verses these things was high.
