THIS PROPERTY RENTS ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY SCHEDULE.

Open Space Condo on the second floor. Beautiful bedrooms with plenty of room for large or multiple families. Spacious balcony with seating for 8.
2 parking spaces, one in a garage, one under a carport.
Sleeps 12 and up to 14 with a sleeper sofa.

A short walk (2 blocks) to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and free beaches. Close to the convention center and Adventure Pier. Close distance to the Morey's Piers. Walking distance to many restaurants on Pacific Ave.

Must be over 25 years of age to rent. NO PETS ALLOWED. Please no groups, no senior week and no proms.

FYI we do not supply your stay with linens and towels. Be sure to bring your own.

Wildwood vacation

Wildwood Vacation 2023

The condo was great! Just as described, spacious and comfortable. A close walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as many restaurants. Kara and Tim are great to rent from!

Family weekend

Overall the house was clean and spacious. However, unfortunately the neighborhood was I the reason I cannot give this a 5. It was incredibly loud, cars blasting music at all hours, and neighbors cursing and screaming outside. Nonetheless, the house as great and close to the boardwalk and we enjoyed most of the stay.

Great condo

The condo was great. Spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. I loved the auto blinds on the front bedrooms. Great place for family and friends. We had a great time. And, Kara is a great host.

Very spacious and great communication

This property was extremely spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7. Kara was great, she answered all of my questions and was very responsive. She responded to all of my questions on the same day I asked. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and then some! I highly recommend this property.

Spacious place for group

Great Family Beach getaway

This condo was spacious- PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Both the kitchen and the garage (beach chairs, toys, etc) we’re well stocked. Comfy beds and TVs in every room. Hooks on all the doors to keep our towels organized and dry. Balcony had plenty of chairs and was great place to sit for some quiet time. There are MANY restaurants within walking distance. Beach and boardwalk are just 2 blocks away. Parking was plentiful on the street and the 2 spaces provided. Communication with owner was excellent. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful condo, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was big enough for all of us, super clean (must note, I am a bit of a clean freak and I was so happy to see how clean this place was!), and it had absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Also just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, which was perfect. Kara, the owner, was great! She reached out a couple times during our stay to make sure everything was good, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay

If you want a beautiful place with a great location in the busy area of Wildwood, this is your place. Kara and Tim are great to work with and are attentive to needs. Lovely beds....great table for family to play games on. Comfy furniture outside, PLENTY of beach chairs to borrow, and an outside shower to keep sand out of the house and car. We had a great time! Easy walk to the ocean....Zippy's bikes right down the street at affordable prices....GREAT location. Great price. Be aware: This property is on Pacific Ave...a GREAT location, but street noise can be heard easily at all hours of the night and day.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

The place was very clean and suited our group from 70+ grandparents down to our 9 year old with many ages in between. The children enjoyed the board games and we were a quick walk to the beach.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed at this property for a week with our siblings family. There were 4 kids from aged from 1-6, and 5 adults. The amount of space and beds was perfect for us. The place was clean and well organized when we came. Owner did a wonderful job communicating about the check-in/check-out process. The washer and dryer was an added bonus since kids seem to get dirty and need to be changed multiple time a day. Location was about 6 minutes walking to the boardwalk and another 6 minutes to the ocean this is with small kids dragging their feet. Owner was nice enough to let us use some beach chairs. There were some board games we used during a rainy morning. The open living/dining kitchen made sure everyone had a spot to relax and 9 of us never felt crammed in. Other neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed the private patio where we ate breakfast and sat during the evening. Another thing we appreciated is the garage and a carport spot, we didn’t have to worry about finding on-street parking. This is our second time vacationing in Wildwood, this is a perfect spot when vacationing with small kids, we enjoyed the ocean, visited the water park and spent a ton of time on the boardwalk. We will book this condo again if we plan another vacation in this area in the future :)

Amazing property!!

We had an AMAZING stay! We had a family vacation of 10. Could easily have slept more! The location was perfect! Super easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The homeowner, Beth, was so nice and very open with communication. I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and had everything we needed! :) Make sure you check out the Thundercat Dolphin Tour during your stay. It was awesome!!

Family trip

Took a weeklong vacation with the kids to wildwood. Everything here was clean and as advertised. I missed the fact that there were no linens so had to run out and get some only to find most were sold out that’s on me Beds could be more comfortable for my personal taste owner is very responsiuamd helpful.
