Ahh, relax and get away from the stress and enjoy yourself in our spacious 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home. If more space is needed, please inquire about our 3 bdrm 2.5 bath property adjecent to this home (vrbo #355423)...perfect for extended family or additional friends.

Beachwood is located on desirable Indiana Dune and just steps away from the most beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan.

This large family-friendly home offers plenty of space for entertaining, both inside and out! 1st floor layout is an open kitchen/living area with large table that can seat 12. 2 Master King suites with en suite bathrooms and deck with partial lake views.

Spectacular lake/sunset views from 2nd floor balcony. 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twins in each, great room with 2 full-size day beds and full bath with tub and separate shower.

Lower level of the home offers a spacious family room and 3rd private master suite with attached marble/stone bathroom with steam shower.

Relax in our lovely landscaped backyard which includes a large covered pavilion, perfect for al fresco dining (even in the rain!). Or stretch out on the sectional sofa while drinking your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail.

Free WiFi Internet provided

7-night minimum stay during the Summer Season (June-Late August), 4 night stay holidays and 2-night minimum stay the remainder of the year.

Great Labor Day Weekend at the Dunes

The house was great and easily accomodated our family for a long Labor Day weekend getaway. The owner is great to work with and very responsive. The home has everything you need. We will definitely return to the home and highly recommend it to others. The local area is great too.

Beach vacation

The house was very very clean. Just a short walk to the beach with handicap ramp to the top of the dune. It was nice to be able to walk the beach, come back to the house, and go back to the beach without much effort.

Great place to stay!

We used this house for our annual work retreat. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the beach. The kitchen and living room were spacious and accommodated our needs well. I highly recommend this house.

Weekend trip

This was a great stay for me and my group of friends, we came out here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and the house was beautiful. The location was amazing and the host was very nice and helpful during our stay. I will be definitely booking this again in the future.

Nice beachside property with great location

My group of spread out friends had our annual get together and this was an excellent place to stay. Very nice backyard setup with lots of seating and ambiance. Just steps from the beach for easy access to lake and beach fun.

Summer Family Retreat

Very comfortable home with plenty of space for privacy and children to hang out separate from the adults. We prefer home cooked family meals so the fully stock kitchen was a plus! Also enjoy the evening outdoors and backyard patio was perfect - just wish it was cleaned up a bit better after the last guests

This house was perfect for a weekend beach vacation. Located in a very cute neighborhood and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities and was very clean! We all enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway

A five adult women looking for an easy, relaxing getaway, we couldn't have asked for a better house! The inside is beautiful and seems recently updated. It was better than I expected

The location was just a few minutes from the beach and the background was picture perfect. I had my friends join me to celebrate 2022 with me. The house had everything we needed and more. I made sure only 2 people had to share a bathroom. I have to admit, my friends and I were inspired with decor etc. Whenever I had a question, I received a quick response. The neighbors were just as friendly and helpful with tips and told us about the beautiful sunset. This place is on my 'to go to' on an annual basis. It is home away from home but much more relaxing.

Traveling Buddies

Once a year, our group of four couples (all 55+) take a long weekend away. We stayed in 2019 but had to cancel in 2020. This year there was only 6 of us. We love the house with ensuite bathrooms, great backyard and short walk to a super beach. Loved the Utter Nonsense game! We hope to return another year!

Beautiful and Easy Stay

All expectations and instructions were clear, kind, and easy to follow. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped; plenty of space to be all together or spread out when wanted. Peaceful neighborhood with quick access to the beach. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Amazing Property

Great location right across the street from the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 10+ adults. Backyard has great hangout space, no grass. Property owner had good timely communication. VERY impressed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house for large groups

This house was clean, beautiful and spacious. My husband and I were there with our adult children, their spouses and their kids. It was probably one of the rainiest vacations we ever experienced, but because the house was roomy and comfortable, we still had a great time. The kids (age 2 and 4) had room for their toys upstairs in the great room, and we could supervise them while still enjoying a view of the lake (and storms rolling in) from the upstairs balcony. The basement area is very private and safe (and the door directly into the basement area was very nice for unloading luggage etc- especially in the rain). The kitchen had very nice appliances, and a fantastic island area around which we were always gathered. The bathrooms were plentiful and updated, and clean. The outdoor sitting area was also very nice. We used and appreciated every bit of this home. Location was also very good. Very close to beach access, and reasonably close to restaurants in the area. We like to take long walks so we walked everywhere. Just one note that the outside grill is not gas. When we come back (and we will!), we will bring charcoal. Lovely home!!!!

Perfect Beach House

This house was perfect for our four families. Access to the beach was so close and the beach was amazing! The house is equipped with so many things which was really great and thoughtful of the owner. Very clean and exactly as shown in the listing. There was a lot of room and bathrooms for everyone to have their space. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future stays.

A wonderful spot to enjoy family

We rented this home because we had three adult couples who really like their own space to sleep. The three king suites each had plenty of space and beautiful bathrooms with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The backyard is as gorgeous in person as it looks in the pictures. We easily could have slept 4-6 more people in this house, but greatly enjoyed all the space by ourselves. Completely worth the money. The dune access to the left of the house even has a plastic decking to make crossing over to the water easier.

Great beach house!

The house is great and has everything you need. The kitchen is great! There's plenty of space if your group wants to spread out and do different things. And it's a very short walk to the beach. We've stayed twice and definitely plan to return!

Want beach and shopping? This is your rental!

A group of girlfriends and I rented this property to celebrate a friend’s fourth baby. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and thoroughly took advantage of the close proximity to both the beach and the outlet mall. The owner was reachable by text and happily answered all questions. We’re already looking to stay again next year.

Amazing Getaway

We had a great time with friends and our kiddos ranging from 1-5. The place was very clean, modern, had comfy beds, and so much room for the kids to play in 3 of the living areas. We spent most of our days at the beach and it was so convenient and close. The outdoor area was also great for grilling, bonfire, and hanging out with everyone. The owner was also very responsive to a few questions we had while on our stay. We love to come back and make it a yearly tradition.
