Carine and Emmanuel welcome you to their beautiful wooden villa of 150m², with quality services, open onto a pretty landscaped garden of 1000m² and its swimming pool. Ideally located in a haven of peace, in a residential area. About 5 minutes from the essential market of La Teste and the oyster port and its salt meadows and freshwater marshes, an unusual place to discover! About 10 minutes from Arcachon golf course, the beaches of the basin and 15 minutes from Pyla and ocean beaches.
Moments of relaxation await you around the swimming pool with its large terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Another sheltered terrace will allow you to dine in the shade. The villa consists of a bright living room with high ceilings, a fully equipped US kitchen, all opened by large bay windows overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. 4 bedrooms distributed by two corridors: Bedroom 1 with a 160 bed, a dressing room and its bathroom.
