Not a good experience between wi-fi, air conditioning, hot water and barking dog

When I rent a VRBO I expect the comforts of home that is clean, air conditioning, wi-fi and television. The place is clean and nicely decorated is ALL that I can say. There were lots of towels and amenities. When we reported there was NO hot water, their response was “The owner says it just takes a while for the heater from the main house to run to the Casita and that you have to let it run for a while. Have you tried waiting a while after you turn it on?” We left on for 5 min and was luke warm at best. The air conditioning was locked and we were unable to set to a comfortable temperature. It was set at 80 degrees and was quite warm. The wi-fi is not working and therefore television is not working. We had to meet the IT Ninja repairman around 4:30 pm (he is the owner’s son-in-law). He had to leave to get a new router and will be back and we will not be there. There is a neighborhood dog barking non-stop. So overall not a good visit for us. I was reluctant to give less than favorable review but I would want to know.

Beautiful Casita

We've stayed at many VRBO locations, and this one was among the best. It's beautifully appointed, well cared for, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. We'll certainly stay here again when visiting Mesa.

Clean and cozy Casita

Extremely clean. Everything we needed for our short stay. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Only downsides were it takes several minutes to get hot water and the shower needs a little TLC. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Comfortable casita

Overall an excellent property. Spacious , clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice private outdoor space. Only one drawback is the shared hot water tank leading to four minutes of running water to get hot water for washing or dishes. Such a shame in a state that is desperate for water.

I rented this casita, to be close to my Brother’s place. I felt very secure and safe. Bed was comfortable, tv/roku was nice. Kitchen is ready for cooking. Loved the back patio area- main reason fro me choosing this place rather than a hotel was the extra space and patio. Melonie was very helpful and quick to respond Jennifer Camano Island, WA

Vacation in the desert

Our rental house was just perfect. Perfect amount of of space for us, close to restaurants, golf course, and beautiful scenery. The property manager answered my texts so quickly with answers. She was great to work with. We would definitely rent this home away from home again! M and J Smith

This place provided a great place to stay for a weekend to visit my brother. It was a comfortable place to sit and hang out, and it had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook meals. The bed was also comfortable. Would recommend this place!

CUTE CASITA

The furniture is leather and very comfortable. Television is a large flat screen with streaming channels. The kitchen is well equipped with all that's needed to cook meals and a dining table to eat at. The bed and sheets are so luxurious . The bedroom furniture is so beautiful ! Not what you would expect for a rental. The bathroom has the softest towels (and plenty of them ). The casita is like a home away from home.

Needs a good cleaning. Fan in bedroom was so dusty you would not turn it on. Shower was full of hair in the drain slowed water. Kitchen shade was broke. I wiped all the light switches off very dirty.
