This home is a brand new construction, completed in 2020. Located in Park City Heights development with close easy access to Deer Valley, and Park City mountain resorts. The home is a spacious 5 bedroom plus and office and family friendly basement on 3 levels is the perfect destination for your next mountain vacation. There are 3 Bedrooms with King Size Beds, a bedroom with 2 Full Size Beds and a Bunk room with 2 twin over Full Beds. The Kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking full meals for the whole family and the open concept living and dining area ensure no one misses a minute of fun or the gorgeous views. The Basement Media and Game room is outfitted with a 120" 4K Projector Screen, a Bar and fun retro video games fun for the whole family. There are 5 Full Bathrooms with 4 Showers and 2 with Bathtubs. There are beautiful unobstructed views of the Park City hillsides and an abundance of walking and biking trails right outside the door.

Beautiful, comfortable and excellently appointed home!

We stayed several weeks at this house and it couldn't have been better. The house is beautiful, the furniture is so well chosen and comfortable, almost all the beds are kings, everything about the house is as nice as the pictures look. The entertainment room in the basement is fantastic. The view out the back deck is beautiful- looking at hills and no other houses. It is located in a convenient neighborhood to get around, a bit outside of town and easy road access in every direction. The hosts were available and helpful and so nice and even had some mountain bikes available for us. We really couldn't ask for more - this was a wonderful experience and highly recommend this stay to everyone.

The house was fantastic. Plenty of space for our group and accurately portrayed online. P

We were skiing various areas from deer valley to snowbird. So the place had easy access to the slopes and a range of restaurants for eat in and take out.

Great house + stellar host

This home is beautiful, and has a hot tub too!! It has everything our group of 8 friends needed, plus more. We enjoyed cooking with the fully stocked kitchen, and also had a lovely night for a local chef to come cook for us. Every bed in the house is very comfortable. Nice water pressure in the showers :) Sara is an incredibly hospitable host! Always responding to our questions quickly. We hope to be back again.

Comfortable and easy to get around!

Great home!! We had so much space for everyone. Loved having the laundry, basement entertainment room, and open kitchen area. Very well-stocked kitchen and even had spices!! Easy access and a short drive to the ski resorts of Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley.

Awesome Ski Trip with a Great Host!

We had some travel and weather issues pop up early on for our group which made things a little more complicated from but Sara was very helpful and understanding from the get go. The house was very spacious with an open layout and has everything you could need. Location was perfect for us with hitting the slopes or going down to heber city to rent some snowmobiles. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house for your next stay especially with Sara as your host. Enjoy!

Amazing Experience and property...

We had an amazing experience. The owner was very responsive throughout our entire trip and made sure there was nothing we ever needed. The house was the most well equipped and stocked rental we have ever stayed. While the location is good it's just a bit out of town so if you're looking to be closer to the action this wouldn't be it but it's only a 10 minute drive to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

EZ IN EZ OUT

The property was in a great location. Ski slopes were about 8 minute drive away. Access to Kimble Junction and Park City were equally great. The home had everything needed. Also had great sound system in game room for watching movies. Great kitchen with 2 ovens. We loved it.
