Adequate accomodations.... close to pool... not far from beach. Furnishings could us some updates. Electronic door lock malfunctioned due to warped door.

Nice place on HHI

The condo is clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Would rent again. Property manager was very quick to respond to our requests. If you are a first time visitor, be aware that unit does not come with beach chair and the weekly chair rental fee can be quite expensive.

This property was lovely we had plenty of space for the whole family, it was a beautiful home, close to the beach shopping and restaurants, we also loved that the pool was directly out the back door. We would definitely stay again.

The house was excellent. However, Vacasa was no help whatsoever in anything we needed. I needed a parking pass and they told me I could park by the lockbox, which was 10 minutes away.

Perfect location for our family get away

This unit was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a 3 month old. It is centrally located to everything we enjoyed doing throughout the island. We will be back and would absolutely stay in unit #750 again. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Excellent place

Location is fantastic. You’re a couple minute Dunes Buggy ride to everything. The home was well furnished, very clean, and right on the golf course. Pool in the backyard as well. If you’re new to Hilton Head I’d suggest this place. I’d also suggest you go to Dunes Beach and head right across the street to Shelter Cove for their kid friendly activities, restaurants, and shops. I had a local bike rental place deliver and pickup right to the home as well for early morning rides on the bike paths. I plan to be back again!

Great weekend getaway

The property was in a great location (beach, restaurants and groceries). The Dune Buggie courtesy shuttle was very convenient as they take you too and from the beach and also can take you to the grocery. The only thing missing were kitchen towels, potholders and there was only one trash bag for the long weekend. Other then that, it was very comfortable!

Great house

Really enjoyed our stay. House was easy to check in. Parking was easy. Bedrooms were all a good size with nice beds. Living room was very comfortable to sit and visit at the end of the day. Close to the beach. Home owners had beach chairs for us to use which was unexpected and great.

Great home

Loved this home, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was clean. The bathroom in the master bedroom smelled like a cat and the smell never went away. The patio was great, nice size, but never had sun on it, shaded by a giant tree. The pool that is right behind this unit is not really usable because of all of the stuff from the trees floating in it all day long. We sat in the sun at the pool but all of the stuff from the trees was constantly falling on us but even if it was clean it wasn't heated. I love the location of the house, it's very quiet yet very close to everything. The living room furniture could use a bit of an update, couch was very noisy when sitting on it and kind of sunk in on the one side. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Our GPS sent us to the wrong place to check in but we found it the next day. A few issues at the unit but were taken pretty much taken care of except the fan lights.

On golf course, close to pool but pool could use some cleanup Rooms are spacious. Do need to reset the digital thermostat so it stays at 70 degrees at night. Would go up at 11:30 pm and get warm in evening should be easy fix for the Nest system

Great location, very nice on inside.

Everything we nice and well decorated, clean with plenty of kitchen appliances. AC worked well and we were comfortable. Only downsides I noticed was the previous guest's trash (6 bag) stayed with us from Sat to Tues, ugh. and the nice big patio was quite moldy and needed a power wash and a scrub. We hosed it off and broomed it but couldn't get the moldy stuff off. Even with that we would stay there again. :)

Great spot in Queens Grant

Vacasa was very good in their communication prior to arrival and after. They were also very friendly and attentive to detail. The unit itself was done very nicely and upscale. As former owners in Queens Grant, this unit was very well suited for a big family or for our family of 5. Not sure its listed, but the pool is located directly behind the unit which was great. It is further back in the development so its a bit longer drive to beach but? No ceiling fan in the main family room was odd but otherwise, things were great. We would for sure stay again

Great house and location with terrible parking

The house itself has plenty of space and had everything we needed for the few days my friends and I were there. But parking was absolutely terrible. On more than one occasion we were unable to park near our building so we actually had to walk about 5 minutes to the unit. Not insurmountable but not exactly convenient either. Overall, would still recommend for a family or group of friends coming to visit HHI.
