Welcome To Pier Fun!
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms private home is located in the desirable Summertowne right by Pier Park! With the ease of parking, and walking location to the beach, this will be your new favorite beach home! This dog-friendly home is steps from the beach and will be perfect for your next beach vacation!

This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy! Each bedroom features a private full bathroom, and upstairs you can enjoy balcony views of the Gulf! The living room features plenty of seating space for everyone to relax after a long beach day, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, along with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features all-white cabinets and appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a half bathroom for guests near these common areas. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, closet, TV, full bathroom, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser, TV, and full bathroom as well. The kiddos will love the bunk room with a full-on the bottom, twin on top, and TV.

Fun trip

We go the last week of September every year. I liked this house so I booked it. Beach is close (I realize people can say that and it is still a long walk- it really is right across the street) , plenty of room, good area. Everyone enjoyed it. Book here!

Best place to stay!!!

I stay here every year and it continues to be the best place!!! So close to Pier Park, right across the street from the beach, and the pool is directly behind the house! Owners are very nice and helpful. I have stayed at a lot of places in PCB and this is by far the best. The beach across the street from the house is not crowded like the beaches by the high rises. Very enjoyable vacation and I will definitely be staying here again!
