This 3BR/ 3Ba corner unit offers commanding views of the Emerald-colored waters and white sandy beaches from nearly every angle as you enjoy over 27 linear feet of windows in the living and dining room alone..

Six to eight guests can sleep soundly. Each of the bedrooms have private baths. Two bedrooms have king beds; the third a queen. There is also a comfortable inflatable mattress for the living area, no uncomfortable and tedious sleeper sofa here.

All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable-no tiny bunk rooms.

Each of the three bedrooms and the living area are equipped with cable TVs and DVD players.

High speed wi-fi connection is available. The password will be included in the information given to guests.

Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per stay with a max of 2 vehicles. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

The private balcony is the perfect place to watch a pod of dolphins leap and play in the clear, sparkling waters. Rays and schools of fish can be spotted.

The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent and here, you get both.

Walking out the lobby to beach-side is the view of two pristine gulf front pools at the base of each of the towers. Seasonally, one pool is heated for enjoyment of guests year-round.

Between the pools is a Tiki Bar, offering soft-drinks, wine and spirits. Service is offered at the bar, pool-side and on Calypso's private beach

What really sets Calypso apart is the proximity to Pier Park, a hub of shopping, dining, entertainment and the world famous Margaritaville. Calypso is the only resort within easy walking distance to Pier Park and a short walk at that!

At the end of the day, relax to the sounds of the waves meeting the shore while gazing at the lights of City Pier reflecting off the gulf.

The master suite has a garden whirlpool whirlpool tub, separate floor to ceiling shower with a shaving bench and built-in toilet. Master suite has a large walk-in-closet and a private water closet.
