A very well equipped, comfortable and modern 'centre of town apartment', close to all that Chichester has to offer but located in a quiet spot close by the ancient city wall. And with a secure underground car park.
This is a very well-equipped, comfortable apartment. Its location is terrific, making it a wonderful place to stay to enjoy all that Chichester and the surrounding area has to offer. This was our third stay in this property, and we look forward to returning soon!
My sister and I had tickets for the Festival Theatre and were also visiting a friend in the area. The apartment had everything we needed and it was in a very convenient location with secure parking.
The apartment was large, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, although another chair in the lounge would have been good as the sofa was a bit small for 3 adults. It was very clean and nicely furnished. . A short walk into the centre of Chichester made it very convenient.
Clean and tidy. Helpful criticism, the mattresses in the single room should be replaced as the one by the door is well worn and squeaks and kept my son awake and the pillows are all worn out. The glasses are useless as they are just a mix of odd ones and no useful tumblers, otherwise a comfortable stay.
A lady welcomed us. On arrival. She was very helpful indeed. Apartment was immaculate & had everything we could possibly need to make our stay perfect
Everything was In walking distance.
Peaceful & quiet.. we all slept well
& best of all was the parking facilities
Superb. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back again next year
If there is availability..
Clean, central and parking included.
We stayed beginning of June and it was warm. Heating stayed on for an hour and was limited. I'm sure if you did feel cold and you spoke to Patricia she would alter the settings for you to suit your needs. But was great for us. Would stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
My partner and I spent a few days in Chichester for our 2 year anniversary and we absolutely loved every second we spent in this beautiful apartment. From the get go the communication was prompt and instructions were clear. I have a slight mobility difficulty so having somewhere we could park with a lift that takes you to the apartment was an extra bonus!!
The apartment was clean, tidy and the kitchen had everything we could want- the bed was super comfortable, and we loved sitting on the small balcony with a glass of wine!
The apartment is in a great spot, making walking into town easy, and right next door to some great dining options!
My partner and I had both (seperately) spent time living in Chichester some years ago- so it was wonderful to come back and reminisce!
We so enjoyed our stay, and have already recommended to several people- we would love to return soon!
The property had everything we needed, but we did not get on well with Vrbo.
Our final payment was not confirmed. It was always difficult to get in touch. It needs a simple 'click here' process - not more signing on & passwords.
Your instructions were not that clear.
It seemed impossible to contact the owner, until finally she reached us by phone message.
My friend and I have just had a wonderful stay at this property in the centre of Chichester. It was lovely coming back to this very well appointed and very comfortable apartment at the end of a busy day seeing the sights. It is surrounded by lots of places to eat out so couldn’t be more convenient. Elaine and Sarah
Property was tastefully furnished/decorated and well equipped. Was with elderly mother and we were quite cold as we could not control central heating. Bed in 2nd bedroom very soft and more suitable for children than a 2nd adult. This would influence choice in future. We regularly visit Chichester.
Great accommodation in an excellent location, perfect for 4 people.
All kitchen equipment and furnishings were to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. A bonus in the city centre to have secure underground parking for 1 vehicle at the complex.
A superb find
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very convenient for theatre shops and art gallery.

A clean, well designed and maintained property close to the city centre. The furnishings are tasteful and convenient and the kitchen is well equipped. There are excellent restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance. There are many places of interest within easy reach.
