Welcome to the Madrone. This little cottage has big personality! Full kitchen with laundry and sweet backyard. Queen size bed in bedroom as well as queen size sofa couch in living room. Barn doors, stunning tile....so much charm. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The Madrone is one of six cottages, part of Creektown Cottages which includes your own private space as well as a community farm table, extra outdoor seating and BBQ shared with the other 5 cottages. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Grass Valley...perfect for those exploring the foothills. Great for families, weekend getaways & extended stay for business. Historic Grass Valley has so much to offer from arts, to music to hiking and water sports. Hosts have gathered local information on things to do and places to go and have binders in each cottage full of information for your use.

Amazing coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and shopping all with in walking distance. Bus line right next door.

Craig & Lore are long time residents of Nevada County. Both moved here in the 70's and have raised their kids here and are now enjoying grandkids. They love traveling and spending time with their friends and family. As a contractor and Real Estate Agent they have been a great team together...buying and renovating many homes and commercial buildings. These Cottages are one of their many favorites. You will see the pride in their work in every detail through out this property.
