Also only a 2-3 minute walk to the Baytowne Conference Center & Sandestin's® now open Hotel Effie. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS PART OF THE GATEWAY CONDO ASSOCATION WHICH DOES NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING. THE GRAND SANDESTIN COMPLEX IN JANUARY 2023 BEGAN ASSESSING EACH OWNER A FEE FOR PARKING OF WHICH MANY ARE PASSING THAT FEE ALONG TO THEIR RENTAL GUESTS.
