LC75 - Beautiful house with sea view

Detached holiday home completely renovated with magnificent sea views facing south.
Three beautiful bedrooms, wifi, close to beaches and shops

Garden and terrace facing the sea,
"Bilou" beach and GR34 coastal path 50 meters away.


On the ground floor:
   - A large living room with lounge, TV, internet access, dining area for 6 people, new fitted fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), table for 6 people .
An independent WC.
Direct access to the terrace equipped with a wrought iron table and 6 chairs.
- A first spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large closet and a private bathroom (shower and basin).

Upstairs:
    - Large room with a 160 bed and a corner sofa, sea view.
- Large bedroom with a 160 bed and a 90 bed, sea view.
- A bathroom with bath, shower and basin.

The price includes water consumption and a 100Kw package offered per week in summer (May 1 to September 30),
Electricity consumption is billed 0.18 per Kw outside the summer period.
You cannot stay with your pet.

Perfect stay in Le Conquet

We had a perfect stay in Le Conquet: the house is spacious and welcoming and offers beautiful views on the sea. A perfect little bay is litteraly just around the courner: cross the road and take a stroll downhill and you are on Bilou Plage. It almost feels like a private beach, since it is never crowded. A coastal path takes you to the marina and in to the village. The village is nice, big enough for a couple of shops to give you the holiday feeling. Good coffee in the local pub, two very good patisseries, a butcher and several restaurants where you can have a good lunch or dinner. On Tuesday there is a market with a lot of stalls selling local produce, like cider, cheese, sausages and of courses crepes. In the surrounding area are more beautiful beaches along the rocky coastline. Specifically worth mentioning is a trip to the island Ouessant: we hired bikes and discovered the island on a sunny and windy day which was a wonderful experience. Don't forget to go to the most western tip of the island! Thanks to the warm welcome of the people from Iroise vacances we had the perfect stay in Le Conquet.

Schönes Haus am Meer

Das Haus ist gut zu finden. Das Auto am besten rückwärts einparken, da die Straße sehr viel befahren ist und rückwärts schwerer rauszukommen, als vorwärts. Im Haus hört man davon aber nichts. Die Ortsmitte ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt etliche Restaurants, Kaffees, Bars, Bäcker und einen kleinen Spar zum Einkaufen. Für Großeinkauf lohnt sich in die nächstgelegene größere Supermärkte zu fahren. Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus ist klein und nett. Wer Wassersport machen will, sollte an die größeren Strände in der Nähe ausweichen. Die Leuchttürme sind zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten wunderschönen Ausblick. Am Hafen kann eine Fahrt auf die Insel Molén oder Ouessant gebucht werden, sehr zu empfehlen. An dem Küstenwanderweg gibt es etliches zu entdecken, wir waren einiges Wandern und mit dem Auto unterwegs. Das Haus ist geräumig, der Garten relativ klein, draußen auf der Terrasse ist es für 4 Personen ok, mehr passen nicht um den kleinen Tisch. Man sitzt da auch etwas auf dem Präsentierteller. Der Keller ist etwas feucht, wenn man die Kellertür vergisst, muffelt es etwas im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war in Ordnung. Wer Reinigung / Bettwäsche / Handtücher mitbuchen will, sollte im Vorfeld klären, ob noch Kapazitäten dafür frei sind. Wir hatten nachträglich doch noch die Möglichkeit was dazu zubuchen, dafür nochmal ein Dankeschön an Marie.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très bien placé, très proche de la plage et pas loin à pieds du centre ville. Elle est agréable à vivre et très complète (manque une grand casserole pour cuire les araignées :) ) ( et dommage de ne pas avoir le minimum de cuisine consommable). Attention, la facture d'électricité, en hiver, peut être élevé malgré une attention au température des chauffages.

Ruhig, sauber & Meerblick

Wir waren 6 Personen mit 2 Kindern, hatten alles was wir brauchen im Haus! Sauber, gepflegt, nah am Meer. Parken auf dem Grundstück, Garage im Haus unten. Super praktisch. Vermieter waren nur eine Nachricht, Mail, Anruf entfernt. Toll! Wir haben uns wohl und gut versorgt gefühlt! Danke :)

Beautiful property by the sea

The house is beautiful and in a good location. It is spacious and well equipped, and was great for a family reunion. The sea view was lovely, and we were pleased to be so near the coastal path. Nearby Le Conquet is a pleasant little town, and there are some good beaches within easy reach.

Sehr schön, leider kein Kamin

Alles hervorragend, jedoch durfte der beschriebene Kamin nicht genutzt werden. Leider war dieser in Bezug auf unsere Reise aber ein Entscheidungskriterium. Der super nette Kontakt zur Agentur hat uns aber versöhnlich gestimmt. Tolle Menschen, tolles Haus.

Excellent séjour

Réservée au dernier moment, l'agence a été très réactive. Maison bien placée face à la mer et à 12 min à pied du centre ville. Bien équipée également, la maison à été refaite il y a peu.

Séjour parfait

La location est très bien localisée, on peut aller à pieds à la pointe Saint Mathieu et au port du conquet. La maison est très bien équipée et est très spacieuse. Agréable séjour pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants.
