"It Rieral" is a country house restored with charm. Its location at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana and only 4km from Puerto de Andratx, makes it the ideal place to relax during your vacation.
It has a swimming pool with sun made from a "safareig" pool made of stone or sandstone, the typical local stone, which was used from remote to irrigate the surrounding countryside times. Circulate its large terrace, in the shade of a centuries-old vines is the perfect place to dine enjoying the sunset place.
The owners wanted to keep the traditional Mediterranean character of the house by adding a touch of sophistication and providing it with modern amenities like air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, washer, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The range of activities in this area of ​​Mallorca is wide. They can be performed both mountain activities such as hiking, horseback riding and biking, and water sports such as diving, kayaking, paddle surfing and sailing, among many others.
The culinary offerings will satisfy the tastes of all palates offering the best Majorcan cuisine in Andratx village, and excellent seafood cuisine at the Port of Andratx, Sant Elm and Sa Coma.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man braucht. Nur der Straßenlärm, schon früh am Morgen, ist störend.

Ferien in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wirkt luftig und hell. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen Nachteil und das ist die direkt daneben votbei führende Strasse nach Port d‘Andrax. Der Verkehr ist nicht unerheblich und vor allem laut! Da alle Schlafzimmer zur Strasse hin liegen, muss man sich auf den Lärm- auch in der Nacht- einstellen.

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Für uns als Familie mit 5 Personen ideal . Der Austausch und Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sicherlich wieder .

Beautiful, stylish villa

We absolutely loved the villa, it was spacious, stylishly furnished with a wonderful swimming pool. It was well equipped for self catering but close enough to Andratx and the Port that eating out was super easy too. The only negative is that is is by a busy road so it’s not quite the peaceful rural escape you may wish for. Saying that the views are exceptional and we soon got used to the road. The location is handy for getting the bus to the port of an evening and a good supermarket is 2 mins walk. All in all we had a wonderful week with our family here and would certainly return!

Underbart hus!!

Ett helt fantastiskt hus inrett med allt man kan behöva! Rent, fräscht och helt magiskt snyggt. Jätteskönt med pool, mysig uteplats, trevlig värd, mysig liten by med möjlighet till gott morgonkaffe och nybakat bröd. Buss utanför för enkel färd till hamnen.

Schöne Finca mit guter Lage

Wir sind 8 Freundinnen und haben 4 Nächte in der Finca verbracht. Die Lage ist super, 30 min vom Flughafen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt und 8 min mit dem Auto nach Port Andratx. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und im Kühlschrank haben bereits einheimische Spezialitäten auf uns gewartet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen

Wonderful homely stay in Andratx

Beautiful villa with all the home comforts you need. Very well equipped, the owner has really thought about what people might need on a holiday and has supplied everything. Comfy beds, bath and pool towels, showers with decent water pressure and an extremely well equipped kitchen; everything was there - a good array of saucepans, crockery and cutlery and even cling film, foil, a range of spices and oils. In the fridge was fresh milk, juice, water, jam, cheese, butter and a bowl of fresh fruit. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer; washing powder and other cleaning materials were also supplied. Lovely pool, deep enough to float around on and a great outdoor eating area under a vine canopy, BBQ also supplied. There is also another terrace with additional seating and table to relax and read in the shade and an area for hanging out any washing you may have. It’s an easy 5 min walk to a good supermarket and 5 mins more into the town centre. There is a bus stop virtually outside the property to take you on the short ride to the Port or, in the other direction, to Palma. Mirin, the owner, was there to meet us with the keys and show us around the villa. She had lots of local information for us and we were reassured that we could contact her at any time should the need arise. This villa is best suited for adults due to the stairs and quirky layout. There is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 8 adults with spacious rooms and places to spread out to. Thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Eine tolle Woche

Zu meinem 60. Geburtstag habe ich eine traumhafte Woche mit meiner Familie hier verbracht. Wir waren zu sechst und haben es genossen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Ausstattung und auch die zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Liebevolle Begleitung hat die Anschluss suchende Katze geboten, die wir Minzi getauft haben. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Straßengeräusche der Hauptstraße. Es fiel uns schwer, nach einer Woche, die Koffer zu packen.

Lovely place with a perfect host

Even before we arrived we were in contact with Miran. She had send us things to do on the island. When we arrived the fridge had Some lovely Mallorcan treats and the house is very Well equipt, from beachtowels to every single kitchen utiliteit you may think of! When we contacted her during our stay for Some advice She responded quickly :) also, supermarket is close by and Its is close to Some Nice beaches (sant elmpt). Would def stay here again!

Tolles Haus auf schöner Insel

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in dem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage auf der Insel ist gut und die direkt vorbeiführende Straße hat nicht wirklich gestört. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten vielleicht noch abgestellt werden, dann ist alles gut. U.a. eine dichte Kaffeemaschine für eine große Gruppe wäre schön - mit der Nespressomaschine war dies schon umständlich. Aber wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt.

Unglaublich schöne Finca

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in „Es Riel“! Die Finca ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und die Besitzerin Mirin ist zauberhaft. Zu siebt hatten wir entspannt Platz. Highlights sind die Terasse, der Pool und für uns vor allem die gemütliche Küche! Es gibt Parkplätze für zwei Autos auf dem Grundstück. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

A lovely finca!

"Es Rieral" is a beautiful finca with 4 bedrooms, very nice and modern bathrooms, a great living room and a lot of space with a pool around the building. The "campo" is just behind the house and it has a fantastic view on the Tramuntana hills. You need a 10 minutes walk into the centre of Andratx and the next super market is two minutes by foot. A bit of noise caused by the main street from Andratx down to the Puerto is the only minimum negative aspect!;-) We´ve had a great time!

Wir waren direkt begeistert von dem tollen Landhaus

Wir ( 8 Frauen um 50) waren sofort von diesem sehr individuellen, toll eingerichtetem kleinen Landhaus angetan. Der Pool ist schön mit einer guten Größe von 8x5m und der Blick von dort herrlich ( Tramuntanagebirge, die Kirche von Andratx und Häuser an den Hängen). Die Straße ist schon gut zu hören, aber wir konnten da gut mit leben!! Dafür den Eroski Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle zu den Stränden und den Ort Andratx vor der Haustür.Von Palma auch nur 35 km entfernt. Alles in Allem eine runde Sache!

Schönes Haus ...

... wie in der Beschreibung. Alles geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In der Küchenausstattung könnten es ein paar Töpfe mehr sein - aber wenn man nach etwas fragt bekommt man es geliefert. Ein sehr guter Service.

Landlust - Schöner Wohnen in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben hier zwischen den Jahren einen Familienurlaub mit vier Personen zwischen 16 und 54 Jahren verbracht. Die wunderschöne Darstellung des Objekts entspricht vollumfänglich der Realität, wurde in Teilen sogar durch aktuelle Dekoration noch übertroffen. Das Haus war absolut sauber und mit lokalen Lebensmitteln sowie allen typischen Verbrauchsmitteln hervorragend bestückt. Wunderbar duftende Handtücher sowie qualitativ hochwertige Bettwäsche/Bettzeug sorgten für zusätzliche Zufriedenheit. Schnelles Internet, eine Bluetooth - Stereoanlage und ein großer Flatscreen mit allen regionalen und internationalen Programmen, vorbereiteter Kamin und Kugelgrill ließen bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Geschirrspülmaschine ergänzten den Komfort. Einzige Wermutstropfen...die Elektrik ist schwach abgesichert und wenn Heizungen gleichzeitig laufen und dann noch gekocht wird, fliegt die Hauptsicherung gern heraus. Außerdem hätten wir uns gerne ein paar Schüsseln und Töpfe mehr gewünscht. Mit sechs Personen war es für uns knapp bemessen, bei acht Personen wäre es schwierig zu kochen. Die Betreuung durch Mirin war in jeder Beziehung in Vorbereitung und Durchführung absolut perfekt. Sie kümmert sich um die Gäste und das Objekt gleichermaßen hingebungsvoll. Wie empfehlen das Landhaus uneingeschränkt und würden selbst jederzeit wiederkommen. Die lokalen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, in Palmanova gibt es zusätzlich noch Aldi und Lidl mit Lokal angepasstem Angebot. Die umliegenden Buchten sind wunderschön und die Lage im Inland ist absolut kein Nachteil. Der saubere Pool ist ganzjährig gefüllt und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Das Anwesen mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen und tollem Ausblick ist zur Blauen Stunde unbeschreiblich schön und ein perfekter Ort für die ganze Familie, da man auch bei einem Schlechtwettertag genug Platz für alle hat. Die Verkehrsanbindung erlaubt schnelles Erreichen aller relevanten Punkte der Insel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Ausstattung

Das Haus war wie abgebildet sehr schön eingerichtet und für 8 Personen absolut ausreichend. Checkin und checkout verliefen problemlos. Bei Fragen wurde uns direkt weitergeholfen. Das Haus liegt an einer Zufahrtsstraße (manchmal etwa laut) nach Andratx der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 200 m entfernt. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zum Strand und ins Tramuntana Gebirge. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super stylisches Haus, zauberhafte Vermieter, extrem praktische Location

Das zauberhafte Haus der zauberhaften Mirin liegt in Andratx am Ortsausgang Richtung Port Andratx, etwa 4 km vom dortigen Hafen. Wir haben noch nie so ein formvollendet gestaltetes und vollständig hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gemietet. Air Condition in allen Räumen - sehr attraktiv bei 30 Grad outside... Vollständig ausgestattete Küche, toller Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, grosser Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer, W-Lan, 3 Bäder, WaMa und Trockner - und alles ganz neu, funktioniert und macht einfach Freude, darin & damit zu wohnen! Lichte, luftige Räume, wundervoller Blick auf Dorf und Hügelkette des Transmuntana Gebirges. Supermarkt 1 Minute entfernt - optimal. Bushaltestelle Richtg. Port Andratx und auch Palma (Hatten Jugendliche dabei, die mussten natürlich irgendwo hin zum "Clubben") ebenfalls 1 Minute entfernt. Zauberhafte Strände: 15 Minuten entfernt. Airport 25 km entfernt - ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit. Entzückender Dorfplatz mit Markttag. Extrem liebenswürdige, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Pool perfekt: Grösse, Temperatur, Aussicht. Für uns toll: Haben eine super nette Joggingstrecke identifiziert, den Wanderweg nach Port Andratx. Tipp: Ein paar Euros einstecken, nach Port Andratx joggen, einen gechillten Cappuccino am Hafen trinken und dann entweder mit Bus oder per Pedes zurück. ...und ja, das Haus liegt an der etwas lebhaften Einfahrstrasse nach Andratx. Wer sich absolut idyllische Ruhe wünscht, ist hier sicher nicht richtig aufgehoben, da die Autos trotz "Tempolimit 40" auf dieser Strasse recht tempramentvoll um die Kurve sausen. Uns hat es in dieser Zeit nicht gestört.

Ein äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Wir (sechs Erwachsene) haben eine Woche im Frühling hier verbracht. Das Wetter war noch nicht so, dass man dauernd draußen sein wollte, so dass sich die wunderbare Einrichtung und die vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten als günstig erwiesen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack dekoriert und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Die Ausstatung ist sehr gut (u. a. Sehr gute Betten!) und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen. Bei kaltem Wetter erwies sich der offene Kamin in der großen Küche als sehr vorteilhaft für ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist toll, bei den Kochutensilien ist sie für sechs Personen eher knapp bemessen, wenn man groß kochen will. Auf Bitten half uns die sehr nette Vermieterin aber sofort und besorgte Fehlendes. Auch bei anderen Problemen half sie uns außerordentlich schnell. Als einzige Einschränkung, die uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat, ist anzumerken, dass das Haus direkt an der Straße von Andratx nach Port d'Andratx liegt. Dafür aber ist man zu Fuß schnell im Dorf, der gut sortierte Supermarkt ist praktisch um die Ecke. Wir kommen gern wieder!
