Relax and enjoy a beach getaway in this beautiful home located in Bear Trap Dunes Resort and Golf Community. 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 baths, provide plenty of space for all guests. Beautiful sunset views over the pond from the two level patio that illuminates at night and is equipped with large grill for cooking and great times to relax with family. The garage offers a foosball table as well as an extra refrigerator and freezer for storing perishables and frozen foods.

Primary suites with private baths are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors, 2 additional guest bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath as well as a pull out sleeper sofa in the formal living room are on the entry-level. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs in addition to the primary, one with a queen-size bed and daybed and another with a bunk bed with full-size bottom bed and twin size upper. The upstairs bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Large and spacious living rooms with large flat screen TVs on both floors. The second-floor living room is also a seventh bedroom that has 3 daybeds, one has a trundle (for 4 guests). All stainless steel appliances in an open concept kitchen and living room. Plenty of counter space and seating with the large center island and dining table.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK.

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.

12 Tulip Popular 2022 vacation.

The owner was very responsive when we had to call on two occasions. He was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise he left us alone. Although mattress firmness is a personal preference, we found a couple of the beds very uncomfortable. Part of the problem may have been that the mattress was sinking because the bed frame was not supportive. The house was further away from the clubhouse than I thought it would be. It would be nice to have a map and an estimate of distance for the potential renter.

Everything was clean and beds were made. We had a kitchen sink leak when we first arrived and the owner came over right away and fixed the issue. He gave us him cell phone number and said to call if we had any other issues. The furniture on the porch and deck were well used. So glad they were comfortable. Overall great house

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

This was the perfect home base for our family vacation. We had 3 generations staying together in one place. The kitchen table was big enough for family dinners and there were plenty of spaces for down time when it rained. The house was clean, in a convenient location, and the amenities of the community were fantastic. My only suggestion is that a floor plan be included on the listing to make it easier to arrange bedrooms for all.

Beautiful, large clean home.

This house was perfect for 3 families with teenagers to all spread out and have an excellent vacation. Easy drives into the beach or boardwalk areas. Beautiful deck and screened in porch. Highly recommended.

Ideal rental for large multi generational family

Property was awesome with plenty of room and well appointed kitchen. Quiet area. Beach was also nice and clean and practically empty which was perfect since there were 7 kids under the age of 4 in our group. Nice community center also.

Great stay

Kitchen was fully equipped, home was clean, great floor plan. Furniture needs to be updated in main area- very worn, low to floor, and not comfortable. Most guests complaints were of the bed quality- overly soft and no support. Good location close to most attractions, very nicely maintained. Great for our family gathering of 20. Parking was no issue. We had to purchase gas for the grill and grill cleaner/utensils. Very quiet neighborhood. Would consider again and recommend. Overall great stay.

Worth it.

The property was very spacious and clean. The central air was not working upstairs but the portal air conditioners worked well. The king bed upstairs was very cozy. The neighbors were friendly. The hot water was an issue but someone was sent out right away. Overall, our stay was great.
