Contemporary house (50 m²) quietly located in a new residence near another gîte, tarmac parking space and electric gate. You will appreciate the location of the gîte for its tranquility and its proximity to the town center 400m (and the port) hiking trails 1km (GR 34).

This house understand

On the ground floor: 1 fully equipped and fitted kitchen that can accommodate 6 guests, 1 living room with 160 cm sofa bed, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 separate toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.

You can enjoy a covered outdoor terrace of 30 m2.

Your beds will be made on your arrival and we will supply towels and tea towels for your week.

Malgrè un temps tres médiocre nous avons passè un bon sejour a paimpol. Gite et acceuil sympatique. et surtout tres bien placè.

Que dire de plus que l'annonce elle-même ! C'est un gite très bien situé, proche du centre ville et du port à pied. Pas besoin de voiture. Endroit très calme et reposant sans vis à vis. Espace véranda vraiment agréable et pratique en cas de pluie. Il y a de belles balades à faire ainsi que de belles plages aux alentours. Nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour et nous y reviendrons. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande +++

Séjour à Paimpol

La location est très propre et très bien entretenue. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de découvrir une véranda bien utile. La location est située dans un endroit très calme et en même temps très proche du centre ville. L'accueil des propriétaires est convivial, basé sur de la confiance réciproque. C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain séjour sur Paimpol.

J’ai apprécié la prévenance de Liliane qui en m’appelant directement après ma confirmation m’a confortée dans le bon choix du logement. Dès cet appel j’ai eu de premières indications et en arrivant elle a pris le temps de me rencarder sur les endroits à visiter. Mitten in Paimpol, trotzdem ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse wenige Gehminuten von Hafen und Innenstadt. Gelände und Wohnung sind neu und liebevoll gestaltet. Frau Labarre ist sehr nett! Zur Begrüßung gab es lecker selbstgemachten Cidre und Crepes.

le gite est idealement placé pour un festival sur le port plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture toutes les courses sont proches le gite est calme il dispose de beaucoup d'atouts , terrasse etc,....l'accueil et la disponibilite des propriétaires est appréciable je recommande vivement

Très bien situé ,pas loin du centre ville,gite impeccable et super bien meublé et agencé, acceuil formidable de Liliane la propriétaire et de son conjoint,avec qui on s'est senti tout de suite à l'aise , très bonne écoute et très serviable, nous conseillant sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter dans cette superbe région de Bretagne.Grand merci à elle pour tout et surtout pour la petite attention à notre arrivée (cidre et crêpe).Nous la recommandons vivement.

Le Gîte est très agréable pour 4 personnes, bien équipé. bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités et du port. Étant au fond d’une impasse, il est particulièrement calme. Excellent accueil de Liliane c qui est très d’arrangeante. Je recommande !

Belle propriété, propre et bien entretenue. Tres bien équipée. Bien située avec la possibilité de se passer de véhicule pour les courses ou pour les commerces du centre ville. Accès au port en 5 minutes à pied. Propriété à recommander.
