Apartment in perfect condition, fully renovated and well equipped. It includes tableware and a dining table for 8 people, offering spacious and comfortable areas.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a spectacular sea view, equipped with a lounge and outdoor dining area. The open-concept kitchen harmoniously integrates with the TV room and terrace.

On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is equipped with a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (155 x 190 cm).

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a large King Size bed (200 x 200 cm), a TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi. All the mentioned rooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes.

The fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds (100 x 190 cm), nightstands, storage furniture, and a floor fan, but no air conditioning. It is an ideal space for a child, teenager, or young adult.

For greater clarity regarding the location, this duplex apartment is located on the second floor of the building, which means it occupies both the second and third levels.

The residence offers a pool, lounge chairs, a small and well-maintained tropical garden, as well as parking.

Included in the rental price (for stays of 8 nights or more):

For stays of less than 8 nights, cleaning service is not included.

Additional Conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the consumption in kilowatt-hours will be charged at the current rate in the village (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kWh), with payment collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the upkeep of the villa, a team of 2 to 3 people will perform a quick inspection of the property’s condition, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out.

Our goal is to maintain the villa in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play music loudly. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
