This Gulf-front retreat will grant guests access to complex-wide free WiFi and shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a well-equipped fitness room, a BBQ area, sauna, tennis courts, beach access, and more!

Bring your beach gear and enjoy a fun time on the beach, just steps from the condo! You will also be within a short drive to many great local shops to grab souvenirs, delicious dining options, and fun for the whole group. You are also only six and a half miles from the Wharf where you can find the AMC 15 movie theater, plenty of great places to eat, nightlife, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf coast!

Phoenix VI is undergoing an elevator modernization project during off season. This will take approximately 29-30 weeks. Two of the four elevators will be shut down at a time. Please be aware if you are planning to visit Phoenix VI between August 12, 2024, and March 10, 2025, of this important Association project.

Great Location and Nice Place but….

Great location, very nice condo-awesome amenities but there were just some things that annoyed us to the point we wouldn’t stay again. If you are looking for a very short stay-a weekend-it’s fine but I would encourage you to go elsewhere for a longer stay.

Great beach location

Comfortable furniture inside and out. Seating for 6 at dining table. Loved having a 3rd bathroom. Management company was available as needed and had concerns when the wind was high one day. Nicely decorated.

Good, but could be GREAT

Loved this condo, it was just really dirty. If you walk around with bare feet, the bottoms of your feet are black. There was so much sand in the bath rugs and living room rugs, we tried avoiding stepping on them. If it was clean it would be amazing.

The only downfall was the neighbors below. Gosh! They were awful! They complained to security about us for no reason and caused a huge scene embarrassing us and causing humiliation.

Memorial Day weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. The whole complex was super nice. Only negative is this was listed as a ground floor and it is from the parking lot but it’s one floor above the pool and beach access. Worked fine cause we still never had to use an elevator but you can’t walk out your door to the pool but you do have a better view of the beach. Lots of outdoor seating which was perfect cause we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and weather. Pool had plenty of chairs which was great. I was worried this weekend would’ve been too crowded but there was plenty of room. Loved the racquetball court my husband and I had a great time playing

Best Thanks Giving EVER!

We all (ages 12- 72!) tremendously enjoyed our stay here, and would book again. I will tell you about the PROS and CONS for us, just in case it helps you out. PROS: Going into the condo, it is on Ground Floor Level and that was such a huge help not having to deal with stairs or elevators. It spoiled me and I never want to have to use an elevator again at a condo! Unloading/Loading the car was easy as well. The condo is built on a small bi-level hill, so when walking in, you are on the ground floor, but once inside the condo, the balcony is 1 floor up from the ground on the beach side, so you are a little off the ground on the balcony and another condo is below you. Easy access to the front door once you learn the best parking spot :) We enjoyed the dining room table and had many family meals there, including Thanks Giving! The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and serving dishes ( I suggest you bring scissors, that was the only thing we really needed in the kitchen) . We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee maker as well since we don't have one at home. Oh, and the separate ice maker was a dream! The beach was an easy walk and the pool area was nice and relaxing. We went in November, so a bit chilly for the ocean, but the heated pool was great! CONS: Please, don't let these keep you from staying here, because as I said, we would stay again, this is just to help you know what we liked and disliked. The TV's in all the bedrooms are old and outdated. The only "smart" TV is in the living room and it was hard to work - with the weirdest remote we've ever used. (We also had to buy batteries for it). When I go on a trip, I expect the linens and bath towels to be better than what I have at home, but this was not the case. Don't go expecting luxury towels, they are worn out to point of some having holes in them. The bed linens were also old and dingy. (much like you'd expect from a cheap motel), and the bed pillows were super flat. (Thankfully we brought our own!). I know that white is hard to keep clean, but the guest room with the 2 Full size beds had white comforters that were in desperate need of being replaced, along with the bed skirts that had shoes prints all over them form dragging and being stepped on. Now, as I mentioned, this was a nice place, the location could not be beat, and we went to simply wind down and relax. This was not a fast past vacation for us, but a nice time of refreshing with family. I would go again in a heartbeat!

Phoenix VI condo 6115

We absolutely loved this condo. With it being on the first floor it was very convenient to get to from the parking lot. It is also an end condo so it is very quiet and has a bigger balcony. The layout is very nice and everything in the condo is beautiful. Would highly recommend this condo.

Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed the location of the unit and it was very clean and spacious. We did have to get maintenance to come and fix the drainage in bathrooms but they were very quick and fixed it all within the day.
