The top floor is spacious with plenty of room for entertaining in your kitchen with new appliances (2019), living area, dining area and half bath. There is a huge deck and plenty of light. Also on this level is the Master Bedroom with Master Bath with large jetted soaking tub and shower and walk in closet. There is also a private fenced in heated POOL and side yard with an outdoor shower.
