Come enjoy your vacation in Mission Beach at our most luxurious 3 bedroom bay front unit available! The owners of this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo spared no expense remodeling this property!

This is a 2-story unit starting on the second floor of the building with stairs leading up to the front door. The kitchen, main living area and 1 bedroom/bathroom are located on the first floor. Master bedroom and third bedroom are located on the second floor. The kitchen has been tastefully remodeled with stainless steel appliances, Carrera Marble, custom cabinetry and a large basin sink. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom that has been remodeled with a custom shower enclosure, intricate tile work, new fixtures, new vanities and more! All of the custom interior finishes of this property were carefully selected by a professional interior designer-- you'll feel like you are staying in a property out of Dream Homes magazine.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Mission Bay from any of the 5 outdoor spaces that come with this unit! 1 Of the 5 outdoor spaces is the ground floor patio, which has a gas firepit, perfect for relaxing in the evening or hanging out during the day while keeping an eye on your kids playing in the sand! You and your family will absolutely love staying in this world-class condo!

This property is located in the heart of Mission Beach within close proximity to several shops, bars, restaurants and water activities. Approximately a 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gaslamp District and the airport. San Diego Sunset Guests receive free gym access at Shock Fitness during your stay!

You must be 26 years of age or older in order to rent this condo. The damage deposit is $1,000 on this condominium due to the high cost of interior finishes. San Diego Sunset kindly asks that you and your guests treat this condo as if it were your own. The owners put a lot of time and hard work into remodeling this property for your enjoyment so please leave it just as nice for the next guest. No party and no excessive noise policies are strictly enforced. Maximum overnight occupancy of 6 adults is strictly enforced.

Summer Getaway

Great location, beautiful property. Convenient in decent sized parking. I always try to share what I found about the property that I didn’t see in the description or some of the other reviews. You’re basically on the second and third floor and there is a separate detached bottom floor patio for your use. The condo itself is beautiful and well space with large rooms and comfortable beds. You are in a large building with other condos. The property owners have these feeling very separated, and it’s not awkward at all. Great central location right in the heart of mission and Pacific Beach.

SO-CAL at its best!

We had 3 couples, great having 3 bathroom spaces. Location was near all activities, dining, and sand towels and sand chairs were available thru rental office (nearby). Glad it came with two parking spaces because our rental car would not have fit into ONE space! Thank you for a great holiday!

Looks can be deceiving

Unfortunately this property looks beautiful on line but has not been maintained. Everyday new problem with only medium response from property management. I am not sure if owner knows about broken sleeper sofa, broken ice maker ( sign on refridge so read BEFORE you go grocery shopping), patio chairs with missing cushions and most furniture stained and just on last leg. House is supposed to be for 8. We were 5 friends. Only used sleeper sofa one night as it was broken, slopes down and impossible to close - we had to call management. Response from property manager was to come and remove mattress from the sofa , stand it up in middle of the dining area and put cushions back in place so a person sunk down 6 inches when sitting on it as they could not close it either.There was a terrible storm our first night and when we went upstairs to the back bedroom the Nano doors had leaked. We soaked up the gallons of water with towels and left a message. A management team representative came over and asked if we had left the doors open implying it was our fault! It was 50 degrees outside and pouring rain- we never opened those doors. Obvious sign of other leaks around doors, so this must be an occurrence when it rains hard. There is no central heat in the house. No heat in the back bedroom, small wall heaters in the upstairs bedroom, so house was cold during this wet weekend. One portable heater portable heater provided. Just know it looks pretty but is truly lacking.

FORD PINTO BODY WITH FERRARI INTERIOR

Completely deceptive property description and definition of false advertising. Read it carefully. There is nothing “ground” or “main” floor about this property. Despite the pictures that show an incredible bay view looking out from a beautifully furnished deck, this is actually a chopped up apartment property that’s a maze to get into, on the second and third floor. The “deck” is an afterthought with filthy, old furniture under an even filthier set of covers. Nothing on the deck was cleaned. Nothing was set up. I have used VRBO countless times over the last decade and have rented homes all over the world through this service. I have never had a worse experience. We were so frustrated that we tried to get a refund as soon as we got to the property. It was that bad. We would have preferred to stay in a hotel. With that said, the interior and finishes are STUNNING and very well done. Property owner did a great job. They just hired a horrific property management company who’s deceptive advertising is not doing them any favors.

Great location......dirty/tired condo

When we arrived the entrance to the complex smelled of mold/mildew as we ascended the stairs to our unit. The staircase carpets were filthy and the walls/doors desperately in need of a paint job. The unit had filthy carpets throughout and windows were also dirty. The pictures show really nice furniture, however, in reality, it is all very tired! The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped. The outside patio was NOT as depicted - the 2 chairs had NO cushions and the sofa cushions were very wet from rain they had a few days prior. The covering is not waterproof! A big disappointment. We called the prop mgmt company within 15 mins of arrival to let them know the kitchen cupboard and drawer handles were ALL filthy and sticky and we didn't have enough wine glasses for 6 occupants. They immediately came over within 10 minutes to rectify these problems. We were appreciative. If you have any sensitive to mustiness/moldy, don't stay here. For the price, this unit needs some updating and deep cleaning!

Nice home great location

Perfect location for us. Beautiful home but bedding and furniture was a little worn down also management told us dryer wasn’t working but did not tell us ice maker wasn’t working even though there is a sign saying so on the refrigerator. Would have been nice to know before hand so we could have picked up ice instead of going back out to get some. Also 2 comfortable chairs would be nice for the patio outside the master.

Bayfront Gem!

Highly recommend this beautiful bayfront unit with plenty of space for a family of 6! Newly renovated and just perfect for a San Diego beach getaway. Private (shaded) outdoor fire pit is a real bonus! Thanks for the great stay😃

Short getaway from the heat

Check in was very easy and even got a call that we could check in early. The property was light and airy with all the windows and doors. It is a very short walk to the beach side. BBQ grill was hard to work (husband said it was not user error). No spectrum remote for back bedroom and internet back there is spotty. Would stay again.
