'Villa Macher" is a lovely peaceful detached rural villa with its own private heated swimming pool, it is situated in more than two acres of well-tended land of vines, olives trees, and other fruits. From the front you have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea across to Fuerteventura and to the rear spectacular hillside of La Asomada and Natural Park Ajaches. This peaceful location is only 10 mins drive from Arrecife Airport and the tourist resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and the lovely Puerto Calero Marina. Restaurants and bars in the village of Tias are only 10 minutes drive away. For further photos of kitchen, bathrooms and gardens please see our own website link further down. Internet access available (Wi Fi). We also have a large Eurospar supermarket 3 minutes drive from the villa. Furnishings, equipment, beds, linens and towels are top quality. A house out of the ordinary, finely equipped for the property for own use and that makes available when not enjoying it.

The property was well equipped and comfortable, Room to relax with pleasant ambiance. Good views and location as a base to explore the island. Only 2 bathrooms, advertised as 3.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Landhaus hat durch seinen alten Stil einen ganz besonderen Charme. Gleiches gilt auch für den für unsere Verhältnisse ungewöhnliche Garten. Dass in dem alten Gebäude einige Sachen nicht mehr 100%ig funktionierten (z.B. klemmende Schranktüren, wackelige Stühle), haben wir dafür gern in Kauf genommen. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Jeden Tag kam jemand, um Müll abzuholen, den Hof zu fegen, den Pool zu reinigen. Die Betten waren bequem, die Sanitäranlagen okay. Die Bäder konnte man allerdings nicht abschließen, was uns aber nicht störte, weil wir in Familie dort waren. Einmal innerhalb der 10 Tag gab es eine komplette und sehr gründliche Zwischenreinigung. Einzig den Geschirrspüler haben wir nicht benutzt, weil er etwas müffelte. Insgesamt hat uns die Zeit dort sehr gefallen.

Meravigliosa isola, meravigliosa casa comoda a tutte le mete che desiderate raggiungere. Gentilissimo il sig. Antonio che a metà settimana ci ha cambiatogli asciugamani. Clima caldo ma ventilato e senza zanzare. Consigliato!

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes geräumiges Landhaus

Die "elegante Villa" ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes grosses Landhaus, nicht weit der Hauptstrasse. Bei Südwind hört man die Strasse gut. 1x pro Woche kommt eine Putzfrau, jeden 2. Tag wird die sehr grosse, schön gelegene Terrasse mit Schwimmbad von einem Mann gereinigt und der angenehme Gästebetreuer Antonio schaut auch alle paar Tage kurz rein.

Abseits der Touristenzentren

Die Lage der Villa Macher ist einzigartig. In Mitten eines Weinanbaugebiets, ohne direkte Nachbarn und trotzdem in der Ferne Blick aufs Meer. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist alles wichtige schnell zu erreichen. Die Villa selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der beheizte Pool sorgt für die nötige Erfrischung. Gastgeber Antonio ist perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Absolutamente recomendable. La casa, situada en una zona alejada del pueblo ofrece la máxima tranquilidad. Amplia y bien equipada y llena de detalles. Vistas estupendas, piscina climatizada q nos permitió baños por la tarde que de otro modo hubieran sido más incómodos. Estuvimos 10 días y a mitad de la estancia limpiaron y cambiaron toallas y ropa de cama, cosa muy poco habitual. El propietario, Antonio, nos acompañó desde el aeropuerto para abrirnos la casa y enseñarnosla personalmente. Estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver, sin duda repetiré. ¡¡Muchísimas gracias!!

Wunderschöne Finca, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, warme Sonnenterrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Los Lobos und die große Düne auf Fuerteventura.Toll eingerichteter und ausgestatteter windgeschützte Außenbereich. Schnelle Anbindung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Strand… Auch viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder (Kinderhaus ,aufblasbarer Orca...) Toller Service,immer frische weiche Handtücher...Wir hatten noch nie so guten Service in einem Ferienhaus. Die einzigen Punkte, die man verbessern könnte, sind auf einer Insel wie Lanzarote vollkommen in Ordnung:Wenn alle Lichter an sind und noch sonstige Elektrogeräte wie zum Beispiel die Heizöfen, die einem zur Verfügung stehen,an sind, fällt immer wieder die Sicherung aus. Auch das warme Wasser muss sich eingeteilt werden. Die Spülmaschine ist sehr klein. Die finca ist relativ nah an einer viel befahrenen Straße, ist jedoch nicht störend. Trotzdem ist diese Finca sehr zu empfehlen auch für Anspruchsvolle.
