You want to change the air, change of scenery guaranteed on the island of fishermen.

Our farmhouse offers 2 closed bedrooms (1 master suite with 140 / 200cm bed and adjoining bathroom & WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double 140 / 200cm bed and a double loft bed), 1 other bathroom with 1 other separate WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a LV, an LL, a MO, an oven, a large fridge-freezer, 1 induction hob with 3 burners, a filter coffee machine & a senséo, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary to make good little dishes.

The farmhouse is equipped with a USB / HDMi television in the living room as well as another USB / HDMi connected in the master bedroom and with private wifi internet access as well as reversible air conditioning.

You will have on arrival the necessary to do the cleaning as well as a cooking base.

 
Outdoor amenities: private fenced garden of 300m2 and not overlooked, with a garden furniture, a large wooden table and benches under the pergola and another small table for dining in the garden under the sun.

 This tourist complex gives free and free access to various activities: weight room, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, aquatic area (2 swimming pools including 1 heated, 1 paddling pool with slide and 4 pentagliss). Structures open from the beginning of April to the end of October.

Leisure area: pétanque, mini golf (8 holes), table tennis, inflatable structure, games room.

You also have a small grocery store and a snack (pizza, hamburger, fries, bread, pastries ...).

The comfortable house is ideally located 50m from the pond for boarders, kitesurfers or others and 800m from the Mediterranean sea. Many cycle paths wind along the coast.

Various activities are located nearby (paddle, hooked branch, karting, sliding stadium, aqualand, the African reserve of Sigean ...)

You are 25 km from Perpignan, 40 km from Collioure, 59 km from La Jonquera (Spain) ...

Rates: -from early January 2020 until Easter holidays 300 € per week. 

            -from April 04 to May 02 € 400 per week. (Easter holidays)

- from 02 May to 30 May 350 € per week. 

            -from June 13 to June 20 € 490 per week

-from June 20 to June 27 € 590 per week

-from June 27 to July 04 € 740 per week

-from July 18 to August 01 1090 € the week

-from August 22 to August 29 € 740 per week

- from 05 September to 26 September 350 € per week

-from September 26 to All Saints holidays € 320 per week. 

- All Saints holidays 350 € the first week

-2nd week of All Saints holidays 320 €

In season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

      Short stay possible (minimum 4 nights) on request from 55Euro (s) per night and depending on availability and period. 

           

On account request 25% on booking and the balance one month before arrival.

Arrivals are from Saturday to Saturday from 2 p.m. and departures maximum 11 a.m.

20% reduction on the third consecutive week (except July and August).   

 

The rental rate includes an electricity package of 140Kwh / week. Beyond € 0.15 / Kwh (meter reading on arrival and departure)



Deposit checks: - 70Euro (s) for the cleaning (not cashed)

-600 Euro (s) for the stay (not cashed).
