About the host
Hosted by Mimi Greenberg

I am from Northern California, a small island called Robert's Island. I arrived in Santa Barbara nearly 40 years ago for a 4 day vacation. My second trip was a month later with a moving van. I have been selling real estate ( and buying for myself) for nearly 40 years. If I wasn't an agent, I would work for the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce. Both jobs entail sharing Santa Barbara's beauty with anyone interested. That makes for a fun job.
Why they chose this property
Bungalulu is smack dab in the center of the Historical District. It is perfectly located for those who like to STROLL. What better way to get to know a town, than exploring on foot? Everything is a stone's throw away, the location just doesn't get any better.
What makes this property unique
I am prejudiced, of course, but based on what past guests have said, Bungalulu is located in the perfect place, is a perfect size, and has everything they need. I have several guests who stay year after year. Enough said.
